This is the fraud policy that the CPS, Courts and most Government staff are supposed to comply with and I am certain that the police policy is the same or similar. Which means If a Police central ticket office "just decides to ignore your letters" It is a breech of policy because if you request something to them and they in truth are required to respond then its a breech of policy. This includes any illegal activity you report to them from within their own organizations. I will post the truth & honesty policy as well. Though it is pretty self explainatory.. They have to act truthfully, which means if a process bureau manager fails to inform you of things or lies (like blurring the lines between them and the CPS) or claiming the police dont have responsibility for road sign checks or that you dont have entitlement to the full video footage that the "photo" was reduced from (taken) or if the CPS only give you the video a few days before the hearing... then really they are in trouble.... in fact did you know they have archives full of video evidence of unstable camera use? (and that is fraudulent evidence claiming to be Home office approved use of the camera) Really they are just all screwed up from the start. Really.
Their main strategy is ignorance as long as they can hold out.. if they arent wanting to do what you request (even if its legally binding)
One funny thing is that it says "you will protect the public resourses you are responsible for"....
Now does this mean... you will protect the PUBLIC and the resourses (their resources) and operate them honestly. ??
Or does it mean..you will protect your fraudulent operations within the resources that the public are paying for in order for you to legally abuse the public without being detected or prosecuted?
I am pretty certain the latter would go against honesty policy...
