The 60mph speed limit for the van on the dual carriageway didn't come out of the woodwork until my campaign had started.. It seemed to come out of nowhere.. When there is evidence it just doesn't exist.. I believe it is a relatiation move by the government.. And i have found they brought in that ridiculous contradictory 50meter seat belt exemption around the exact time Claire Allison and Barry Culshaw challenged and successfully refunded the £135,000 worth of fines in the Wiltshire case.. Could the government have messed with the law to get back at drivers and pull back money.. While making changes to legislation which really are not lawful changes and are not compatible with existing law and regulations.. We see the same sort of activity and behaviour from Andrew Jones with the Terminal sign and repeater sign rule changes.. Sir Henry Bellingham was part of the team connected with Alistair Darling who changed the seat belt law... Bellingham has also proposed a ridiculous emergency services amendment for dangerous driving.. When there is already provision covering it in the criminal damage act 1971.. Is Bellingham just Prince Philips "commons agent" Who gets his stuff passed by the commons?? As the Queen is not allowed in there. Not certain if Philip is or not. Bellingham shure looks a lot like him. Looks like a personification.. And same Ward as Sandringham?? The Name Suggests the policing of Phillips circles, in the commons.. Bell in Alarms. Police sirens.. Keeping a watch over the commons. Any way to substanciate this theory?

Its all very "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" ish..
Very Dr. No...
"You damaged my organisation Mr. Bond"
By getting those £135,000 fines refunded, i will now have to take back 500,000 and people will have to get the message not to trifel with me..
Is that understood?
Bellingham could be a bit like the Professor in Dr. NO.. "sit down" A voice says...
We see other examples like the Mysterious voice in the children's cartoon "Trap door" which is always asking "Berk" to feed the master.
