So...
It actually does specifically STATE in the TSRGD and Traffic signs manual..
That all the signs entering all sides of the signed area of a speed limit need to be in place for it to be enforceable..
It's specifically states that.
It's the regulations..
It was created by Government..
So how Road safety support and a couple of magistrates have knocked together done legal case on one occasion against it.. Is literally an example of defiancy.
Why instead not just get the entire manuals and TSRGD withdrawn..
I mean.. With all the money RSS are making.. They should even sponsor the publication..
Andrew Jones has already ruined the entire functionality of the whole legacy by meddling with terminal and repeater sign placement..
Instead of simply just.. Making them put it right.. By correction of signage..
Literally idiots.
But the other thing Road Safety Support have to worry about is the Street lighting in 30mph areas..
As "a system of street lighting" must be a complete system of uniform lighting..
And as it turns out.. Village's used to be lit with lower footway lighting throughout a village..
That marked the traditional 30mph area. Say of a village in Devon.
Unfortunately.. Out in the middle of nowhere.. Where there are no villages.. You might get a roundabout.. For example. With no pavement or walkway.. But for the purposes of illumination for cars only.. "tall highway lighting" is provided. The roundabout may have national speed limit repeater signs on it... Of 45cm.
This system of street lighting is not to be confused with the footway lighting which has a maximum height. And different regulations.
I think the 30mph speed limits need certain spacing and number of minimum of 3 lamps for the speed limit to be enforceable.
Unfortunately in modern times, I think the lighting company's have made a mess of this.. And many 30mph speed limit areas with no repeater signs may not be enforceable..
This may require further investigation.. As I have not found the exact books on the street and highway lighting regulations.

The thing is...
Is RSS really a "defender" a defence?
Defending the prosecution in court?
When road signs are supposed to be checked before enforcement by the police Traffic Management Officer..
So one begs to question what the tax payer is paying the extra money for?

This literally is a diversion from the point.. www.pattersonlaw.co.uk/rss-ltd-and-road-traffic-offence-enforcement/The SRA told me they don't regulate the Crown prosecution service.. But the fact is... Road safety support is an ex police chief and ex police officers.. Hello!! Period. Finished. How can they dream of providing independent witnesses evidence? If the manufacturer of a device has been employed to provide it for a prosecutor.. They are not independent anyway.. Like Tele-traffic UK. Mr Garratt. Any independent witnesses can't be friends or known colleagues if the prosecution/police/CPS either. The police forensics is the police. A witness is a witness. Victim.. I don't think the police can even prosecute police officers... The CPS would have to or possibly only a private lawyer could? If magistrates are on road safety partnerships and planning courses and road signs.. The entire system has become perverted... The police chief has created driving porn. Perverted obsessive fucking of drivers. The police should never have been charged with leading their own prosecutions. Why did they ever be given driving offences to handle anyway??

I think when the Chief officers have been fucking that many people (drivers) who just can't afford to, or be bothered to defend themselves.. (at least until they get 9 points) literally people throwing themselves at the Chief.. Like lemmings off a cliff.. Or virgin at a pop band..
(with genuine reason to get to/home from work or around delivering)
Then the chief officer has literally taken the lot for granted.. An at that time has become psychotic. And in fact addicted to the "supply" of offenders.
Dependent.
The Chief cannot survive on bread alone. But only from the offence and offenders of others... And not of his own sins and crimes.
