Warwick bypass A46 Thee Lane carriageway

I have just today encountered Warwickshire police camera van VX15 AKV on A46 Warwick bypass.

And given notice to the vehicle of van speed limits by petition paper

Also emailed the camera unit by complaint.

There was also a Dead deer 🦌 dumped on the slip road adjacent to the vehicle re entering the road from the bridge.

I recorded 2 files. One has just been deleted from my computer by a hacker. As I was transferring it to my computer. Stolen. So I have only one file now.

This is very serious as somebody is placing dead animals as a warning and there was a HGV accident on the M62 also that I believe was a HM government terrirost response.

So I only have one video now and a photo I did get from the video that has been stolen.. That I got earlier

But I've lost all my comments at the time about the 3lane Carriage way that is like a motorway. So I will need to either write those comments down or film new comments.

This has lost me 1 hour of my free time after work as well so I am late for my own personal life.. Trying to sort this out, which is the intent of the instigator (likely to be high ranking HM Gov computer department)



I am going to have to try recover the file from my phone. There are a few free programs that can do it.. But not been successful yet.

Besides the Warwickshire camera van and the dead baby deer it also had HGVs on the Warwick bypass going at 70mph with not many problems.. Plus my comments on the 3 lane carriageway which is technically not a dual Carriage way.
I would be interested to see the traffic regulations order for that road.

Also import to say that the Luton van at work would not start up yesterday evening as had been sat there all holiday. But the electrics on both that vehicle and the one I drive have been both behaving very mysteriously recently.

It was difficult to jump start the Peugeot Luton van because with no battery the passenger door cannot be opened to lift the bonnet level and access the battery terminals under the bonnet. And you aren't supposed to jump it from the battery access under the floor in the cab. As it smokes and sparks if you connect it directly. But apparently somebody did get it going..

But my lights and indicators are working then not working and going on and out of sync which is very strange.. Especially after its been repaired and inspected.
