Between Owl Lane and Warneford Avenue*NOTE* Ok so one of the HTC speedometer files (first one in this film) got Damaged because the phone powered off while recording... and i recovered the file with a repair tool, but the sound did not recover. And the video has got a strange green tint to it.?? i still added the clip into the video.. but it does not seem lined up to the Video properly..   very unusual.. so im just saying that the First speedometer screen upto 9min :55seconds into the video is *NOT* correct. theres a error with it. but mysteriously it does line up a few times to speeds i am saying!! LOL! but im stationary then and it is not at the right speed! so wierd!! i will leave it in so you can see what its like when speedo is /NOT correct to film. (i probably got it mixed up with anyother part because there was not my voice on it to correct it with)

So thats 99% .. I think pretty much of the Published Telegraph & Argos Mobile speed camera locations in West Yorkshire.. I did NOT encounter the mobile camera vance Once during this tour. Nope. .. So thats the Odds on finding the van.. and they have 3 of them....
So my other encounters were rare odds.

Defy the odds... Not see one police camera van on my whole West Yorkshire location tour...
Then Today... "Presto" Lancashire van is at Haslingden!! But not on the bypass.. On the back road!
Well.... Finished going around doing the review of 99% of the published Telegraph and Argus West Yorkshire police casualty reduction partnership mobile camera locations this weekend... With the Bradford ones completed.. Though pretty hectic trying to figure out what order to do them in...
Can you believe that from starting the project officially to completion.. I did NOT encounter ANY of the 3 mobile camera vans!! Nope, none. No wonderstone. No Rushworth. No Halstead.
I saw the van last just before i started the location review and survey.. Over the last couple of weeks..
A random M606 police van that i followed lead me to where the mobile van was parked! Pretty crazy.
But that was before my location tour of West Yorkshire.. And i have not seen any of the vans at all on this full tour!!
So the odds are very difficult to find the camera vans even if you are looking for them!
I called in to North Wales police headquarters 13th June to try get them to contact GO SAFE to make them send me my Dads speeding video from Prestatyn road..
They were actually pretty cool about it and were quite open minded agreeable and understanding... So i think its just the ticket office that is un-cooperative or they dont really understand when you write in.
We will see if i can get the video sent now...
And today 14th June... You will not believe this... But after the no show odds of the West Yorkshire police van spot tour... Went to Haslingden today... and...
"Presto"!!😮 Lancashire police camera van PO56 HWW!! Between 10:10 and 11.01AM Haslingden!! But not on the bypass!! Nope!! On a back road i actually go delivering on to one of the deliverys!! Apparently he is on there a lot.. But ive never seen him there.. Funny thing is that this delivery used to be in Rawtenstall and the camera van parked directly outside sometimes in a layby!! But only on the bypass itself that one time! And i only went on there to do that 1 delivery! But now that delivery has moved to a new location and can you believe it... Moved to just by another of the lancashire police locations!! Lol!! Like he is planted in my path!! So here is the video!!
I got some really decent Q and A and he agreed with me on a lot of things and i dis manage to think of decent questions this time!! Friendly chat and he didnt shut his window!! Found out it wasnt Callaghan in the camera van when i got done. He only does the court appearances..
Anyway... Will challenge the Chief Steve Finnegan and Lancashire CPS and Chorley and Burnley magistrates with this new evidence.. See if i can get a re-evaluation of case.. Not just for me but everyone...
Oh and the camera officer agreed with thevsmaller 3inch beam diameter not steve callaghans 3 feet statement in court.
Also the signs are supposed to be checked and they are supposed to know the TSRGD as well.. They are taught it.
I questioned and notified him over Haslingden bypass signs and the laser aim as well... And he is going to look into if my Goosenargh whittingham lane video has been deleted or not as i cant see somebody sat there deleting videos all day every day...
Need to send a copy to Go Safe and North Wales police as well!

Officer enforcing speed limit when Road signage is not maintained & unlawful. Has not performed required signage checks or reported signage issues on road with multiple enforcement positions

FNZ again.. a different officer this time. In New Mill.. he admitted the speed limit that carrys you into the 30mph limit he was enforcing is too high (50mph) around bends.
