Im getting sick and tired of big organizations like "youtube" and "ebay" and "facebook" and "the White House" and "Hm Government...
Throwing their weight around with these "policys" that are not law.
They say you have to agree to a policy to use their website...
To their terms and conditions..
But in many cases its them who are not following their own terms and conditions correctly!! And just doing what they want.
They also ..if you notice are getting more and more difficult to contact and complain about things over with..
Because they set up rigid new complaints systems that are very limiting and not realistic.. They try to put everything in boxes.
Im trying to defend another members video that got removed. And its difficult thry are saying that only the member who owns the channel can do anythihg about it.
Which is a load of rubbish because its a general complaint about the staff not following their own decision making process correctly...
This is evident with the White House petitions site and HM Government petitions committee.. Who are in fact running lolicys that partially remove your right to petition from you... And actually they obstruct your right to petition.
A policy is not a substitute for the law.
And even if you agree to a policy and sort of "use their website" under their terms...
If they are not following the law themselves or not following their own policy correctly... You can complain.
Also theres no legal right to actually follow the policy.. If you arent breaking a law legally.
They might cancel a membership..
Or withold a fee...
But thats more buisness type thing. Like trading standards or terms of service.
And you will find that race, colour, sex, gender and political matters cannot be used to refuse service or custom..
Thus... You cannot really even have a political petitioning website that even has a policy anyway... Because every petition IS POLITICAL.
Its a frikkin political government website. Lol.
So really... We have a load of retards sitting on a committee who really dont have a fairys clue what they are doing or how to run a committee in the first place.
