Ok, ive found it....




Can you believe this??

£56 pounds only excluding VAT. For the same size advert as i put in the UK SUN.... but you have to have it in the entertainment section.. which is fine...

The UK sun advert is the same size.... no artwork included... and a couple hundred quid...

I could only complete the Scottish sun order WITHOUT an image.. because I have a previous referance number (unless you use the special instructions box to enter a small bit of text and send no image)

But even in the scottish sun, which has a lot less circulation or newspapers.. the Miscillaneous section, and Christmas gift ideas section... is the same price in the Scottish Sun as the UK Sun!!? why??!! total rip off or what!!

And possibly the Christmas gift ideas they only buy gift cards anyway... so unless they download the song themselves? or just check the youtube video out.. is their any point?? i most likely will not be able to check the scottish Sun to see if they copied the advert correctly... But thats if it even gets accepted this time. And how many people read all the little adverts who use the internet??

The trading standards and consumer rights says that customers... As well as not being discriminated against by sex, race, religion or political views in relation to being provided with a service.....

It also says they are not allowed to put you at a disadvantage.

And thats the world trade rules. Not just the UK.

So by iTunes, apple and amazon or CDbaby not allowing people to feature their websites in their album covers or by obstructing the use of a trademark, logo, icon, symbol or logo that is the official unique identification of your brand, band or political entity or buisness just because it might sound like or resemble a website or address..

IS without doubt putting you as a customer at a disadvantage in your buisness or enterprise.

Thus iTunes are in breech of terms of services and the supply of a service.

They cannot actually by law have a rule that puts you at a disadvantage in buisness or trade...

I will get the definition of a trademark..

Technicaly by their own rules an album cannot even say itunes on it anyway...


Because i just typed itunes into the address bar at ( not the google search )
And it brought the itunes website up in the top of a list of sites that appeared. Not a webpage error.

So you dont even need a search engine.
The web browser address bar is a search engine nowadays...

So what is the point of banning images that show a website?? Its not even functional in an image to a machine.... And a human can guess anyway.

I can understand written titles mabe conflicting with url mechanics and search rests...

But an album cover??
I mean... As it you wouldnt guess the web address anyway?

They dont want to promote your website?

They might as well ban your name and album title as well just in case they accidentaly promote you as an artist on their website as well. If they are not carefull they might even sell a record of yours!

I cant find a picture of it, but this is a very accurate recreeation of my first purchase of a Fashionable baseball hat..
It must have been around 1991.

Its a World Industries brand "World Pigbait" logo cap.

I really didnt "get it" back then (meaning) and it was really on the edge anyway buying it and wearing it.. But skateboard clothing shops were rare in those days.. and World Industries really was at the Cutting edge of Fashion, like The New Deal.. Ed Templeton and all that short ankle length pants & baseball hat style.
I really liked the colours of the hat. im a huge Lover of the colour Brown.. and the whole "image" of "Cool" and fashionable things when you are a young teen.... There is a whole vibe.. I didnt really like the writing at all.. i just liked the colours..
But i bought it and wore it regardless.. it kind of took a bit of courage.. It had Chunky embroidery of the logo. i think it was a bit wider actually a bit bigger. I had completely forgotten about it until the other day!

I guess theres the whole Skateboarders getting kicked off places by the police thing, as well as the Mike Valleley World Industries Ducks & farms thing attached to it...




But now it has a whole other dimension because around 1991-2000 is when they were setting up the dodgy crooked traffic light & speed cameras...
I bet it was not until about 1995 When i got a driving licence

So now with the Bentcop.biz project... looking back... the World Pigbait logo slogan really makes timing sense...

I wonder if the Police really were "Set up" and tested to see how bent and crooked they would go. Because somebody was watching them back then. And now is the time thats been choosen to face and solve the problem, now that the Police have proved that they are completely incompetent and criminal. When left to their own devices.

There even is a skateboard company called Crooked as well now. lol.

Surgeon General...NHS advisory...

There is a skateboard trick called a "no-comply". you take the front foot off and scoop the board up with your back foot while placing the other foot on the ground momentarily. you can do a 180 with the board or go straight during this move.

I have been contemplating its naming.... based on the statement.. "not to comply with someones wishes or request."

I have realised that LAW these days (historic) ? is MORE about getting solicitors, clerks, police, court staff, barristers and Judges to "Comply" with the law. and apply it. Rather than actually any learned knowledge of the law itself, which these days is more accesible and easyer to find and know, learn and wrie oneself.

The difficulty is in that it seems no courts or police are "readily willing" to obey the law or apply it unless it is through their own ends. and intents.

And it seems that one must "PAY" a high sum of money to get a solicitor or barrister to get Courts and police to OBEY the law itself.

Where as... in the past, 1500's to 1800's i would have said that there were less books, no internet, fewer lawyers, specialists and the travel required was more.. Thus you were more so Paying a lawyer or solicitors fee for their "Knowledge" of the law itself. Rather than simply the Authority to make people comply with it. (the police use force for this. Physical force)
the police are "The Force" (they force people physically to comply with the law) and as it seems with their own will and whims even when there is no law for you to comply with.

Anyway.. So the Solicitors these days (unless you yourself are very confident in a court room defending yourself who is the target of the law being used against you) you must pay money to get a solicitor to make the police and court do something. And this more so seems the choice for them of a court room, rather than by direct solicitation these days.

But, you need to find a solicitor or Lawyer who will do as you request. Wants to do as you request and it not opposed to what you request.. regardless of if you are correct or not. After all.. he is also supposed to be there to advise you as well.

But now, these days as the Law is more accesible and people in general have more travel, access to books and the internet.. the learning and knowledge of the law is much easier to know and learn.

Yet still it appears the knowledge of the law, once highly valued has now become a randsome to a high grand fee of an elite group of people, who believe that their qualifications only are the ones to whom the LAW is to be enforced by....

And only they have the magical ability to cast the law into direct effect for its obediance.

So my most recent artwork now is based on the slogan" Pay to Obey" And even then... There are many lawyers who refuse even to do the work, even if you DO pay. or offer to pay.. as they obviously do not have the funding and are "Not the right man" for the job. apparently.



I was going to do a illustration of a lawyers wig made out of £50 notes for my next piece. lol.

Barristers and their secretarys like to use the word 'grand' in their language and exchanges. Some circlescdo use it more. The Irish say grand a lot. But i do believe that in the legal sector.. The word 'grand' is used to buffer and make right the standard unit of pay for solicitors and barristers which is £1,000. Called also 'a grand'.

Thus they work for payment in units of 'grands' be it £1,000 or £2,000 pounds a job or like Freemans Solicitors of Manchester for example.. Mr.Sweetman like to work in £4,000 units minimum.
So thats Four Grand per unit.

Grand.

Although... Even with a local barrister it could take more than amateur knowledge of the road signs and case to get conpliance from the courtroom.
This could br measured in Torture.
Similar to "the machine" that features in the torture chamber in the movie "The Princess Bride" if you have seen it..
Where the Higher the torture setting on the machine is set.. And the more psychological and emotional torture and suffering that is administered to you in the court room.. Then the more likely the court is to obey the law. And comply with it.
(If they ever have a clue what the case is about in the first place) even after 4 grand)

I actually wonder how much money is required to make a Lawyers wig and a Judges wig out of rolled up £50 notes??

Would the shorter lawyers wig simply be made of less £50 notes?? Than the longer Judges wig??

Or would the Lawyers wig be made of only £20 notes or even £10 notes???

Because im certain a lot of the solicitors who have been there when i was at courts recently only had Lawyers wigs of £5 notes. And that includes the one contracted out by Freeman and Sweetman. Because i think they kept all the rolled up £50 notes themselves and sent a barrister in who only had a few five pounds notes in a hair clip. :/

Whats the odds on a Judge with a very long elaborate wig made of £5 notes versus a lawyer with a very short wig of £50 notes??
Would they be on par?? On par at the Bar??

Or... A guy defending himself with no wig and only £15 in his wallet and a very large pair of testicles?? Like the guy from north Wales who won the case measuring the speed camera karkings were laid down wrong.. But probably much smaller testicles than the Police Sgt. And his camera technicians who KNOW the speed camera markings are wrong but continue to enforce the camera and prosecute drivers regardless...
In which case it doesnt matter what pound notes your wig is made of at all. It just matters how big your testicles are or how stupid you are...
