What can we do when the police have completely failed to follow the overriding objectives set out in the criminal Procedure rules? Part 1. 2C
That they will recognize the rights.
Not challenge the rights or oppose the rights.
With access to the same order of supposedly unbiased Queens Counsel and professors in law...
Human rights are not criminal law.
There should be no challenge or defence.
Only pure recognition and understanding.
Between law practitioners.
The rights are meant to be clear and readable to anyone.
It's clear the police have absolutely no respect or care and are acting through pure political and self preservation..
The Crown Prosecution Service have no right or permission to even try cases against human rights. There should be no defence.
The CPS should fully co operate with the Claimant to ensure the rights are fully openly and clearly evaluated and discussed at the highest level of counsel and advocacy.
Not the Claimant treated as a 2nd class citizen and ignored and treated as stupid.
With poor communication and care.. as demonstrated by Leicester CPS and Simon Cole.
Utterly unacceptable police conduct..
Regardless of if the political cause is in fact against the police and CPS..
The matters are being taken to parliament.
To be decided and debated cognizable in parliament.
Not the courts.
The CPS are in absolute breach of the code of prosecutors and the overriding objectives and literally..
Mr Dowsett . For example..
CPS Leicester.. " unprepared "
Unwilling to meet and discuss matters beforehand.. or even provide the option of discontinuation..
Or entertaining the idea.. when world class level law on the Petitioning was available to them, surely the latest universities papers..
Absolutely an example of the very reason why the CPS have failed in its Road Traffic Enforcement cases..
Because it is not law. It is ex police chief officers such as Merryded Hughes and Richard Brunstrum fighting person campaigns against the public.. using tax payers money.. for their own gain.. and reward to the loss of the public..
Under guise of safety and security when it is in truth a completely personal and ongoing mission and campaign of a entity of men who have a agenda and targets of their own pursuits and purposes..
Not the interests of the public.

Of Christmas.... Over the years the "Good Deeds" of Christianity and Christmas spirit was overshadowed by the monopoly of commercialism and purchase of gifts.. All of which increased the taxation and profits of Her Majestys government and placed a financial burden on the public, especially the lower classes.. Where Good Deeds, that only cost in love and sharing and volunteering of time and caring.. fell away to actual financial dependence on the sovereign currency being available.. not solely reliance on the power of God. So, Ive identified that the Majority of the Chief Crown Prosecutors are from the Lower Classes. I believe that the correct Psychological evaluation is that they have worked & studies law.. Climbed up the class ladder and they are the only ones who will do the "dirty work" of ridiculous prosecutions against normal Middle Class & upper class folks for absurd offences like driving at 2mph too fast.. When A person looses their JOB, career and a Very very major defining division of class which is freedom of driving themselves. All the Insurance, Money, Tax, M.O.T. and QUALIFICATION PASSED to earn a driving licence QUALIFICATION ACHIEVEMENT in LIFE and ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE OF Driving, as well as YEARS of Aquired practice & professional Driving Skills. No Minor Offence can be deserving of such a Punishment. Yet the (Poor Boys) of the lower classes can walk down a street and SMASH UP EVERY CAR ON THE ENTIRE ROAD.. for a mere 40 hours community service. There is no justification that the CPS and court are REAPING MONEY, FINES and HEAVY PUNNISHMENTS out of the (Good, honest) middle & Upper classes.. While their peers.. the "Bad Boys" have little money to give and they are considered a lost cause so are often given extremely LOW sentence's & little Punishments.. around 40 hours community service.. for smashing up an entire street of cars (actual damage) Which is literally peanuts punishment.. For a Very serious act.  After Character evaluations of the Female Crown Prosecutors & Evidence & Testimony from ex CPS I have interviewed and obtained valuable insights & statements from... As Well as CPS Staff in PUBS (Lower class pubs) Boasting of Breaking down the Middle class in courts) I hereby lay claim that "Females" Use the Education Ladder to obtain high Positions, particularly in Law.. When in Fact they aren't that Intelligent. They use the Legal system to "get back" at Society for their Shortcomings in early life and Give out very low punishments to Lower class & poor People... 40 & 70 hours community service when the crimes are quite serious. Actual damage & Injury.. Yet Very Very minor offences where ZERO damage or injury occurs.... The Middle & Upper classes are MILKED DRY like a cattle milking bar and HIGHLY EXAGERRATED SENTANCES.. absurd and ridiculous in comparison.. literally when "Nothing happened" are given out.. to "get one over" on the Middle & Upper class. As a Point made to prove superiority & "self esteem" of the Chief Crown Prosecutor. Who also.. DENIES the Middle Class of their Virtue & Intellect.. when they submit very very Strong & VALID legal representations made themselves.. with no need of a solicitor... These "Female Lower class" legal professions rejoice in DENIAL and REJECTION of Rational, Law & reason.. Proper education & Law... As a Competitive Battle to prove themselves as superior... and behind it all is a hidden "Mission" a "CAMPAIGN" to get back at society. And prove their Superiority, femininity and power.... through literally cheating the public.. I have first hand testimony from a Ex CPS graduate.. who gave statement which I believe is TRUE... " I COULD NOT BRING MYSELF TO DO THE (HORRIBLE) Things that they wanted to make me do to people. " And after my own evaluation of the Types of Characters the CPS employ.... I Believe that no-one else will do the job. No one wants it.. People have momentary anger and fury for Justice briefly (on most occasions) when they have been offended against... And then afterwards they recover from the rage and anger... They would not choose to "BECOME" that (Full-time) and Transform into "Vengeance itself" A career of revenge and vengeance... never satisfied. |

Instead of ANGER MANAGEMENT classes.. ASIAN MANAGEMENT classes.. Basically... You get a red button that says " stop " on it. A stop button. I think it's time to get rid of the Car Horn now.
Its had its day.
Its annoying
Invading and rude.
Invasive even.
Horns are too easy to abuse and it's actually illegal.
There should be an emergency sound or warning siren that's more serious..
Like the bus reverse sound or something
So nobody would use it just on impulse...
Only if there was a serious emergency
Or else people really would look at them funny..
Even have a homing beacon so instead of calling 999 and even needing to use phone u just push the button and it sends location to 999 centre a d vehicle reg without talking
None of this stupid seatbelt sound crap..
I think Asian drivers are doing an impression of the "seatbelt warning sound" when pedestrians don't do something they like..
