This is possibly the first ever pre meditated speed entrapment site designed for the purpose of following cars into a lower speed limit section and prosecuting them for a speed greatly over the supposed "lower speed limit" section. I believe this was also a test to see if anyone would bat an eye lid at the use of a TRO in this way. The road makes use of psychological cues to catch out the unsuspecting driver and make them beliebe the road continues as a motorway when it changes to dual carriageway further along and then a 50mph dual carriageway for no reason at all. Then the police & council use an excuse of a pedestrian crossing as reason for the 50mph section yet on further investigation the crossing is actually MADE dangerous BY the council and the POLICE SAFETY CAMERA UNIT ENFORCES THE CROSSING WHILE IT IS COVERED IN SLIPPY MUD AND THIS IS WITHIN THE CAMERA VIDEO VIEW YET LEFT UNSAFE! After reporting it the police DID NOTHING TO MAKE THE CROSSING SAFER OR CLOSE IT. Also the nearby footpath system was investigated & found to be unfit for use. A route that was supposed to me for SERVICE ACCESS ONLY that the locals made their own dog walking route out of! I will go into the details later. Here are some images I did as an overview.

The M65. Ok so not content with the illegal "100yds" psychological distraction sign on the M66 and the missing 1/2 mile end of motorway required sign for message absorption.... here we have another illegal sign 3/4 mile to end of motorway. This sign does not exist in the book and I have reason to believe it is planted here on the M65 to give some kind of attempted authenticity pitch regarding the not so far away illegal M66 signs. Where else but Lancashire? on route to Lancashire police headquarters as well and the nice Longton bypass National speed limit dual carriageway with 90 degree entrances with no slip roads and pavements down both sides! what do you say Lancashire police?! its not 50mph???
