Wow 😮😮😮 Jury Acquitted some Extinction Rebellion protesters now for breaking a window!!! www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12757677/extinction-rebellion-activists-cleared-500-000-criminal-damage-hsbc-bank-canary-wharf.htmlYet Gail Bradbrook was found guilty by Jury for same/similar act. This is why there is not meant to be different outcomes for the same actions performed. By different Judges, Jury with conflict of interest. This is what happened in the Civil War, same situation. Which is why later the 1688 bill made it illegal to be prosecuted by Kings Bench / Courts. As you have gathered the public support / consent of peers. Like in the Petition of Right principle..... Lawful judgment of peers.. its the Campaign group bringing the case. And they already have peer support approved in their actions. So its not supposed to be a prosecution against them. 😐 Try telling that to Extinction Rebellion, though i did submit various complaints to courts..
