Hmmmm. That RMB consulting does have some questionable things on it. It's saying that the government are no longer required by Law to erect terminal signs or repeater signs or maintain them!? Since earlier this month? And it refers to a TSRGD 2015 not 2016. But that must be a draft version? It doesn't say that anything has changed about the speed limit not being enforceable though. If signs not correct. Go look at the website. Also a very strange red square button with tapered edges is used to contact the website. Very unusual as that is the same shape that the North Yorkshire speed camera guy (fat guy with specs) claimed that the LTI Ultralyte beam is! Square with round corners! When I know it is round!! Unless the heat spot is square?! I doubt it though! Black website colours as well. Who are we to believe?! According to the BBC 5 live program ..I am not wrong though..

Also it makes sense that a lorry needs to align straight to drive onto the first inductive loop straight for correct timing detection. Although this is not the TRAFFIPHOT III RED LIGHT camera, they BOTH use inductive loops and the principal ACCURACY REQUIRED for the PLACEMENT SHOULD BE THE SAME for STANDARD REQUIREMENTS between both of the camera models. Rights, so it is saying that the "Measurement equipment" must have a straight road so that the vehicle can drive over the system "straight" for accuracy of measurements. I state that this MUST be for BOTH RADAR AND INDUCTIVE LOOPS. Because if you are measuring distance from one loop to another you can not have a vehicle, driving across them crooked, or misaligned. the System is set-up for very precision 2 decimal timing, so it is pointless to have that if you are not going to have a straight road. ALSO the magnetic fields of different vehicles are not the same, and there is a "Tolerance" of +/- 1-3mph of error ANYWAY.. between different vehicle types. or possibly more. SO, that is why the equipments own Photo times & given speed is not the same number anyway as well... worked out by calculation, the MPH given is NOT as accurate to the TIMES given. as no speed decimal is given. If it WAS you would see how much different vehicles give errors. and the POLICE are keeping that information very secret and not wanting to disclose it. West Yorkshire police still will not even give me the Ossett bypass video. Only a private prosecution will be able to obtain it from them, which I intend to do in the future, if they have not destroyed the evidence against them, which only they hold. Anyway... There also is no video evidence of the traffic lights either visually, and no measurement markings to PROVE by 2nd method independent from the camera, the speed of the vehicle. Which, by video, I have shown to be WRONG anyway in relation to my alledged speed of 27Mph where I travelled further than the police Photos. and thus I am certain I was going LESS than 27mph as I WAS surveying the traffic lights at the time AND the DATA TRACK satellite evidence which IS the ACTUAL SPEED, not average speed of the vehicle shows that shortly before the traffic lights I was driving under 25mph (let me just find the evidence of that it is in this thread somewhere)

(I actually think I might have been able to have got the case dropped if i had been able to obtain the Bill of rights & HM Government petition committee letters at that time) as the Legal advisor seemed nice. (only that the internet did not seem to be "coming up with" the information I required when I needed it. The CPS in the disclosure letter from Manchester CPS Sunlight house, Manchester.. knew All about even the "Magnetic sign" I had reported stolen from the side of the van, in North Wales! right out by Bangor area and the A55 North Wales! So they seem very well connected with all police forces. Thus they should have known the legislation. But I dont think that the Prosecutor at Manchester was very knowledgable. He DID read out the Bill of rights at LEAST. but mumbled it. and the magistrate ignored it & Duty solicitor didnt know anything about it at all. But they read my Huddersfield convictions out wrong & penalty points wrong. it seemed to me like a problem with the computer system, as he read everything off a screen. Also at Huddersfield magistrates court the statement from SGT tyson was full of misinformation about the events.

You won't believe this but I just delivered to a guy in Nuneaton who I know and just 2 week ago his son was issued with two N.I.P.s for driving through the M1 50mph roadworks average speed cameras twice exceeding the speed limit alledgedly at about 58 and 65mph. Going on and returning from a journey. It was Northamptonshire police.
He was given a speed awareness course for one offence and the other was discontinued!!
The guy practice his band opposite where I buy Wroe (fishheads) from the fish bar at Nuneaton! I'm certain I posted a link to his band on here.. I think I did..I will put it on again. They played at a festival.

Its interesting because he will have got the two Notices of intended prosecution about the same time as i did the video outside manningham police station getting speed readings out of the concrete balls either side of the entrance. Why is that significant? Well the guys dad sorted me out with a special set of rare extra large golden solid brass bedknobs, because i wanted different ones on each corner and he had a few interesting ones in his shop! So i have got these really big hard to find brass bedknobs. Its a bit like bedknobs and broomsticks!
I wonder what the Crown Prosecution Service think to the Northampton police chiefs generous gesture?! That is if it is a true story?
No similar gesture for me from Cheshire police chief Simon Byrne so far. In fact the reason i was late with my N.I.P. is i was trying to find out about the speed awareness course for the traffic light offence. The Spoort guy and his dad been on speed awareness courses for a traffic light offence before.
Ive just looked at the First Macclesfield thread page and i did write to give contact and correspondence with driver details in legal notice to the ticket office start of October 2015....
Cps and police not giving recognition for that even though i submitted my entire website as evidence to the CPS before the Macclesfield alledged offence. And they knew about the North Wales and all other police contact. So they are just being bitter.

It takes a week for your employer to get the letter, pass your details on and for you to get the N.I.P.
Thus by me contacting the CPS and police at the same time with letter 08 November i was within a month of time giving my
Name. Address. D.o.b. signature and statements in letter that gave account of me being the driver and contesting details about the enforcement site.
I had given legal notice i was the driver with my details and signature. That is the only information required on an N.I.P. to provide police details with. I also wrote other letters to make enquiry if i was eligible for speed awareness course.. So i could decide what decision to make. They refused to discuss until i signed their form which has about three fields. Tick box, name address, dob and sign.
If you provide those details in writing it is laying evidence and providing statement to the police in legal notice. In fact i provided much more information.
The Ticket office are retarded.
The CPS and police have been given my petition site with regular updates as complaint evidence and all letters i post are valid submissions.
I dont know what the police are playing at.
Northamptonshire police are letting people off one offence if they get two at the same time, yet just because i enquire about speed awareness i get charged 6 extra points and they want to try ban me now. And 3 points will expire in October from Ossett and Haslingden as well shortly after... To 0.
Yet Dorset drivers are not clocking up any points because they do speed awareness every 12 months not every 3 years

If its anything like my Walton Cheshire Police encounter where they say these are no signs needed?! I wonder what the stop line measures?! I deliver to that Pink Building as well for work!! London Evening Standard trying to refuse service to me a Year after I already did an advert for the website! can you believe it!?Ok so, you will not believe this.. but Ive got 2 adverts out for a few days in the Crewe Chronicle & Chester Express newspapers, no problem. They even helped with the advert for me, the lay out ! So I thought.. ok the Main Tabloids are awkward because you have to go through a graphic print prep buisness who has to make the advert the correct format for national newspaper quality... So I thought instead I will do another advert in the London Evening Standard & Metro! So I contacted them the other day & passed the new Chronicle advert design to the London Evening Standard! and they replied in email it was fine and they would make the changes to the wording to London from Cheshire. But.... Now, they have just rung back! (I Wish I had recorded the conversation) Now Saying that They cant run the advert because it is "too offensive" or there is an issue of some other excuse with it. Well.. I said that was a load of rubbish because I have already had the advert for my petitions in their newspaper!! And the BBC have done 2 programmes with the same wording as well Bentcops! PLUS it was the Crewe Chronicle who DESIGNED THE ADVERT FOR ME! So, they are just giving an excuse that they do not want to do it! and I said that I will be complaining to the Ombudsman on "Refusal of service" trading standards terms!! because they have already done my advert before same website! So this Jason guy, he said.. Ok he will get back to me & "check with this Boss's!" ! Lucky that the London Evening Standard DID send me a copy of the Newspaper! That I had the Original advert in! in fact the NEW advert, if anything is much LESS OFFENSIVE! it is a LOT SIMPLER! and very basic! Look! Here is the original advert I did in the London Evening Standard Dated Friday 27 March 2015 page 64! like in the beatles song when im 64! like they used in BBC points of view programme! and below is the new advert a lot more basic! the image is free to use and copy. lorrys all use the same logo stickers as it! Also remember that the SUN newspaper did the story BEN COPS which was nearly my website, just with the letter T mising! See, these are the reasons why the Parliamentary ombudsman has resigned! Newspapers trying to obstruct the truth!

Macclesfield traffic light set up changes speed limit within the 30mph speed measurement area Traffic regulation order. So the enforcement area of the camera covers two different speed limits and the terminal signs are not in line with eachother, so the 40mph enforcement line is not"straight" in the photographic field. When i investigate in google maps, someone has set the google maps camera to be more "bent" convex fish eye lens panorama on screen. as compared to regular google maps views where a road will be "straight" from side view using the website. The maximum speed measuring distance at Macclesfield goes into a different speed limit zone, the signage for which is obstructed approaching dual lane road. Compare the measurement road length of the traffiphot III to these two speedophot cameras, all traffipax, some inductive loops, some radar or both. all with random mixed road marking independent measuring system to the radar & loops. The road should be straight for good camera position of the vehicle as well as loop and radar alignment of vehicles passing through the system.

So, this is example of someone working on the road, who is charged with compliance with "Traffic management" rules & regulations. The buisness is "A LUX" they have an authentication number & licence. The Police will have a similar authority and licence number. And any work they do on the road will be subject to following the same or similar "Traffic management" regulations. Such as checking the road signage is appropriate & lawfull, and safe and following the safety procedures. I have reason to believe that the Police as a Traffic authority are not carrying out their obligations of professional road management on their part collaborative with the other road traffic authority partnerships. I will post this in the other traffic light threads. But notice the stop light is just dots on black. i dont think these type of lights are any good. op.biz/iiiIMAG2520.jpg
