Here, I was looking up this solicitors in Warrington called "Fiona Bruce" Solicitors. I was considering calling in today on my way past, to see if they will deal with the Warrington case early next month. I heard their advert on the radio a good few months ago now... (6 months?) Advertising road traffic offense defence. But on their website I do not see road traffic law listed in their services?! It has a page with all their photos on. Link> www.fionabruce.co.uk/The lady, Fiona Bruce shares the same name with the BBC Antiques Roadshow presenter. And they also do Charity law as well?! I didn't know there was much buisness for that these days!? I still might contact them. But I am going to sent the court forms off in the next few days. I got a letter from Cheshire police today. I haven't read it yet. I wonder if it still is possible to get them to withdraw?! I saw a police car with "not in service" signs in the windows today on the M60 jump a red traffic light! I did film it in time, but not close enough to get a license number! As I was too slow! Just uploading a few videos but they seem to be taking an extra long time

M60 Manchester, BMW MARKED POLICE CAR ZOOMS PAST in OUTSIDE LANE.. I didnt get the Licence number... But it had notices in the windows saying (NOT IN SERVICE) anyway.. I decide to video it... nearly catch up with it..
Then at about 1:30.. it JUMPS A RED LIGHT! you can see it, just as he goes behind a SIGN! so you cannot see the actual car, but you see it on the APPROACH! kind of exactly the opposite evidence to what the POLICE RED SIGNAL CAMERA GETS! .. NOT the approach! only the LINE and TIMEs over it!

Ok.... So forgive me .. but i have bought an actual copy of the Traffic signs regulations and directions 2002 from ebay.. Yes i have the .PDF and could have printed it out.. and yes its a massive rip off & no i couldnt really afford it as i have the fine to pay still... But i thought.. if i have the books with me, next time i encounter a mobile camera van.. i can do some proper Q & A with the proper book regarding the signage and what it is supposed to be... Also... I have read that the STOP LINE must be either 30cm or 20cm, no other width. And i wish i had measured the Macclesfield stop line in closer detail! Also.. because i am collecting evidence while i am working, for police purposes.. and i was in fact inspecting the traffic light set up at Macclesfield when the supposed offence occured.. then I can also claim that i did not need to stop on that occasion because the van was being used for police purposes.. which is infact the truth, because i was filming and getting photo evidence at that time and i was in truth inspecting the traffic lights for evidence and the petition purposes. Thats why i slowed down. And in fact it does look like the brake lights are on as well... in the police photos.. and i did slow down... But still... its true the amber is to be treated as green IF you think you dont have time to stop. THUS after Green is AMBER in the sequence.. so you treat RED as AMBER of course if you have treated Amber as Green. That is obvious because the sequance is to be kept the same, so the colour change treatment would apply across the entire sequence. Here though... Apprently the FIRST line IS the stop line for a car.. at a bike lane.. as i have been questioning in many of my videos... So what about the diagonal section? it is not a true straight line, like in the 2002 manual (photo soon) you have the PDF link anyway? yes? So the line cannot be correct can it? and there is not supposed to be a break in it either. Only ONE traffic signal post and lights here as well! (you are allowed one apparently)

Bike area doesnt make sense. 16 years of drivers banned for bike safety propaganda . Police chiefs sexes driving licences for bike safety scheme sacrifice.
"Fool-proof ideas" like hide a speed camera in a Horse Box. And call them "Speed cameras" not Ambetamine cameras.

Again! More unusual traffic light behavior! Changes and then goes back again straight away, like Warrington!
What is happening here?
the lights change and just as I am going through them.... They change again!
Way too soon!
This is a GO that no sooner than I set off through, goes straight back to stop again!
This "re initiated" sequence appears to be very out of normal time.
Why is this evidence?
Because it shows that it is possible for the lights to "just start sequence again, just moments AFTER you going through...
Thus ay Macclesfield Mill Lane, or any other traffic lights set... It is possible for a sequence to "be initiated" into action "JUST BEFORE" you get through. In fact.. Just at the exact time and place where you are too close to stop, but just far enough for at a certain speed, to trip the camera, with a van"
And if the time of the colours was different to most settings you are used to... 3seconds..
More like the 0.7 error they are allowed with no questions asked... So say... 2.3seconds..
Then... You would be a lot closer to the lights than usual when they went into sequence, but the time in total shorter as well! So it would go to red a lot sooner!
So nearer when it started and red earlier than you were used to at other lights!
So anybody would be caught off guard and completely innocent! Not their fault.

So. Now there is a different address I have found, that is different from the CPS address on the google results... Oh dear... Not Royal Liver building ?
So I might have to send everything again. Are they doing it to make things difficult?!
What about the emails? They must be able to accept emails at the main email address.
And CPS Leeds Murphy did correspond in emails, and I think they should because you are not expected to have a fancy security email and you CAN solicitate on behalf of yourself!

More letters sent to Cheshire police. CpS and Chief
Videos, and evidence...
I have to complete the court form in the next couple days and get it to Warrington.
I don't really want to turn up. But I know the Clerk won't read out all the evidence and they won't watch the videos (do they anyway?) If I don't go in.
I am considering this Fiona Bruce solicitors who gave an advert on the radio for driving offences. But they don't have them.listed on the website! Though they are based near the court but out of town...
I wonder if they would consolidate my evidence into a letter to the CPS and Police to withdraw?
Because I also think I can add the true facts that I am and was doing petitioning work and collecting evidence while delivering as well, for bentcop.biz and I DID slow down through the traffic lights to survey them for research for the petitions website at the time! For this website! After reading the Dorset police thresholds, because I was curious about the actual Macclesfield camera location and I DID comment out loud about the traffic light timing as I wad going through at the time! Because I turned around to look to the left back towards the billboard area! That's why I want the CCTV from Cheshire East because it will show that!
It's just a shame I was not recording at the time myself, because then there would be no doubt it was for this petitions site if I uploaded it!
And prosecution against me would be illegal because I was surveying the traffic lights for this petition against traffic light cameras!
But as I am including the enforcement site in here now. It is part of the petitions campaign anyway now...so I should be covered by the protections from the charges anyway!

Here, I have found an aussie website! with some technical information on the traffipax cameras! www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi21oW0heTLAhXCaQ8KHb50AN4QFggdMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aussiestockforums.com%2Fforums%2Fattachment.php%3Fattachmentid%3D39727%26d%3D1290328552&usg=AFQjCNErBAzHme5-e3Yuz5cEZM_KCJvZyg&sig2=55SkMVJhr8vNKMRr_fvp8gA .pdf file! I will print it out and have a look! The radar beam is meant to be aligned at 20 degrees! But that doesn't mean it can not be set up incorrect. so what were the settings at Macclesfield?! apparently for speeding there is only one photo not two!? And it should show direction as well! I am right as well i think, because it will be set up for "AWAY" not "towards!" so it will measure from the BACK of the van! so the FRONT will be further forward in the photos to a car! so it DOES detect the rear end as a car further back after all!! And it says it takes the exact speed! but i have calculated it WRONG because the times it gives from TWO photos, instead of ONE for a speeding offence... calculate it incorrect at 26.8mph instead of 27mph so it is wrong and not exact at all on the screen evidence! Who knows exactly where the beam is aimed?! at the stop line or before where the bikes should be? and the detection area is about 2ft wide! 3 stripes! NOT 30cm or 10cm, the width of a UK stop line! Is the beam aligned to the front or back of the stop line? because 2ft is a lot less than meter..but still, its a measurement and the guy from Mold won his court case by the Gatsometer markings not being correct distance exactly! Thus use of lasers as well on curved roads is highly questionable, even if it is in advantage to the driver. Because it is supposed to measure an exact speed, not "any speed over a set threshold will do".

Ok.... so I got half way through the traffipax camera technical .pdf data and I found this and have given up with the rest of it.. you can look up the rest... At this point i feel that my research if done and i no longer wish to continue investigations into the matter, or any more defence evidence gathering. I will not be attending Warrington Magistrates Court. I will sending out final orders to withdraw the charges as the evidence is not submissible for prosecution. Because the road is... BENT

The traffipax spoodophot installation guide is from 2004. So from the last 10 years or so, which correlates with the age of the majority of traffipax cameras around England. The device needs to do a "Radar SCAN" of the size and shape of vehicles profiles as it passes through the radar beam. To be able to establish the speed & motion accurately. OLDER cameras may NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO DO THAT AT ALL. Also a HGV may not fully have passed the beam for a full scan before it goes through the traffic lights even! or across the strip lines! AT THE MACCLESFIELD SILK ROAD/MILL LANE LOCATION... the *MOST* BENT and MOST UNSTRAIGHT part of the CURVED ROAD SECTION actually IS* where the camera is placed and the AREA OF RADAR SCAN! to the stop line and over it! THAT IS THE WORST PLACE ! AND THAT IS WHERE THE MOST BENT BIT OF ROAD IS!! Here are some google maps images i planned out of the lane lines and road curve, then trying to draw a straight line there is impossible! Main bend radius right in radar beam area. Lane 2 BENT Lanes 2 & 3 together BENT Try draw a straight line 1 Try draw a straight line 2 Try draw a straight line 3 Views of the road. It is not a straight road what so ever. The police photos even show a change of angle of the vehicle between the first and 2nd photo's. What is concerning about this, is that CHESHIRE POLICE have not even sent me the installation plans as I have requested for the court defence case. And it is only by chance that this AUSSIE website had the Traffipax installation guidelines available for me to see! Talk about a Boomerang, or a Bannana!?

Also thats what is effecting peoples judgment of the distance on the approach, compared to other traffic light cameras... because it is a curved road and distance is truncated thus appears shorter to the drivers view... I have noted this fact already when examining the photographs, and the deceptive perspective also prevents accurately evaluating distance in the photos anyway. Thus the original full resolution images are a mandatory requirement for any serious defense evaluation or calculation to be conducted. And the stop line is not the usual traffipax 3 strip 2ft width. It is only 30cm wide or 10cm. I haven't even measured it yet, but I might have a photo of it with the tape measure by it. They must have had plenty complaints about the camera. It's been in the local newspaper there a few times I think. Then there's the Snowgoose pub artwork, Swindells fireplaces and the Rainbow cafe. All local lore anecdotal evidence that locals know about the dodgy camera issues, and are making a political statement about it. All ignored by police, who still are operating the camera. I am certain that the Aussie authorities traffipax camera installation guide will be the same for the UK. And my intuition says I wad correct about the bend in the road before I even saw the manual anyway. What do you think? The police just refuse to obey anything other than their own personal conduct and behavior will. See here, at Dewsbury opposite the police station the traffipax camera there in fact has a curved (bent) elbow arm. Where as the others are angled. I never noticed the curved variant on that camera. But it seems Google maps records have it there. A symbol of the fact the cameras should not be used on bent road sections? Is that even an original traffipax stock part? (Its exactly like I thought "The Webbs of Wychbold" was like, off the M5. in fact not a garden centre. Because theres a structure similar by the motorway. I thought it was a huge climbing frame with so many ropes that you could not fall to the bottom! but climb around in. (we had a metal rocket near nab lane it was quite dangerous though i liked it a lot). Im thinking Ewok village meets Lord of the rings spider scene.) - Also the illustration reminds me of the idea I had for a graffiti piece for the building in Bristol.. to have a bay with 2 police light houses with a huge shark net between them. lol. Lots of strange new beige coloured strip road markings appearing around the village as well. From nowhere? Has the council had a road markings party? Or is there a mystery road works unit on the prowl?! Oh, on the Huddersfield examiner cover are pictures of plans for a huge temporal scaffold around Emley Moor mast, while they do restoration work!? And that has just reminded me that the manual we have just been looking at in relation to the traffipax installation guide... Concerning the bendy roads... ALSO points out that the camera should not really be used around poles and posts!! Because they reflect, mirror and interfere with the radar radio waves! Thus it is not the best idea from the start to use a radar camera aimed at a set of traffic light posts anyway! Along with all the other street furniture placed there! Usually the traffipax speed camera installations are placed on sections of road that are clear!
