Well, this is just silly..... I just typed into google search "Barrister" and "Cheshire" to try find a barrister who will present my case at Crewe on Tuesday... How I want it presented.... And this website appeared on the first few results... www.barristerandmann.com/products/cheshire-shaving-soap-essential-oil Barrister and Mann?! Mens shaving in Cheshire?! Wtf! Just 2 days after I posted a parcel off to Chief police officer Stephen Finnegan..Lancashire. There is a famous song about a character called Michael Finnegan.. who keeps shaving over and over again. Also the book Finnegans Wake. Coincidence? Still cannot find a barrister. But I found a 25 years of Laser Technology badge on eBay. $15.99 m.ebay.co.uk/itm/LaserTech-Laser-Tech-Celebrating-25-Years-of-Innovation-Challenge-Coin-New-/361070714469 Finnegan has the Police Chiefs Queens award badge coin medal. It's has a guy with a shield on it. You get it for sacrifices of life for duty or exceptional devotion to the Queen and police Not certain which incident Finnegan has risked his life for. But he is exceptionally devoted to the Police. Unfortunately not to the Law or truth. Possibly the police chiefs have been punnishing me for the photography competition I was in. Or Someone else. :/ I did do a police photo in there.

So... I never watched all of the BBC Crown prosecution service programs. I watched the first one, and after expected confirmation that the police court liaison officer is a complete and total smeghead, and that the staff are presented in the programs to be honest... When in fact and in court they are not with any case revision, have no idea about the people or incidents they are talking about. The police statements have fabricated content and the entire proceedings are "set up" and not consistent court to court... I refuse to watch any further episodes. Saying that, though... The internet pulled up the details of the wig woman from the first program whilst I am just searching for a Cheshire barrister.. Our CCP - Crown Prosecution Service www.cps.gov.uk › ... › Our team Claire Lindley, Chief Crown Prosecutor, CPS Mersey-Cheshire Claire is a barrister and was called to the Bar in 1986. Hmmm ..more name co-incidences.. Anyway this newspaper story appeared from last year.... A top barrister from the same area. Michael Mansfield was arrested after an incident on lunchbreak at the Hillsborough inquests. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11735415/Leading-barrister-Michael-Mansfield-arrested-over-attack-at-party.htmlSeem like barristers can get into trouble as well.. unless it is more newspaper propaganda?

Haha! Well, guess what! I am really stupid! Because all these years I did not know that Danger Mouse one of my favorite cartoons was written by Mike Harding! He also did the Legendary theme tune and music as well! Silly me! Danger Mouse 08 DM Die laughing: youtu.be/Byj8KZ0CiPUI still haven't opened the new dangermouse magazine yet! I actually bought 2. Lol. Because it was that decent. But its that decent that I still will not open the one I bought to open! Not the one to save for a present to give Someone! I am not actually the collector type person. I do have the Dangermouse car somewhere though. But that's as far as I go with merchandising. Danger Mouse 08 DM Die laughing: I actually thought they once did the actual Jamie and the magic torch, kaleidoscopic torch and the sport billy bag. But it turns out not.

I dont always agree with a lot of the videos that other people are doing in relation to police subjects on you tube. In fact i sometimes wonder if the police do them themselves as "reverse Psychology" effect to put people off doing things or to something like that. Who knows. But either way.... a few strange videos. What I dont get is how they get all these views?! hundreds and thousands. Just for entertainment value. Yet the Authorities do not seem to be bothered.... The thing is that my videos are actualy showing what the Police & Government are doing "wrong" and can be held to account. So either People are just "dozy" and Stupid, or else the Police & Government are somehow blocking my views or website?! I have had adverts out as well!!! Possibly people just have the "Sun newspaper" mindset and kinda crazy, entertainment view. Thus why the police get away with everything they are doing wrong, and the Mp's as well, because no one really cares or is focused. Here check out how many views these get! where my videos actually can get the fined refunded & the police prosecuted! 70,301 views - notice he uses the side-side laser that traffic safety systems sell and covers up the trigger area with a folder. ive seen him with that. possibly why they will not give me the video, was it this gun? can you see where he aims properly?! 354,060 views - these guys do not want to be on television. likewise. 49,192 views - the LTI flimsy tripod, shooting through window from other side of van, and exactly how does the LTI 100 attatch to the concept and ranger? you still use the trigger on the gun? where else is there a socket? if its a hole underneath then how do you "fire it"? from a different trigger on the concept? Hmmm, people seem more interested in the entertainment side of things than actually the fact they are getting done unlawfully. Either they do not quite understand or?? has my site been blocked by the government seeing as they are in deep trouble?!

21 August 2016... So i went to Chester to post documents to Linenhall barristers to see if i can get any help... Also there is the Public Defender Service as well. But its based in the Ministry of Justice at Petty france, London. I have given them a go though And on the way back i was thinking.. And realised that Exclusive Cognisance does apply to my work as well, because the Petitions committee actually is in the Houses of Parliament and the petitions bag hangs on the speakers chair! Plus on the parliament website it states that Exclusive Cognisance applies to non members of parliament as well as Mp's and Lords! So it does cover HM government petitions as well as The Right to Petition seperate clause of the Bill of Rights! I actually have made a really big letter to send to Crewe Magistrates just so they do not loose it or it doesnt get passed to the appropriate person and read out. I have just sent more emails as well but the CPS complaints form is not working again. I have got a couple letters from Cheshire police as well. They might be regarding the prosecution or freedom of information requests.

So the letters say that Cheshire police still deny anything wrong with the road signage because they still want me to make go to court on Tuesday. Plus a have started having headaches all day Here, i havent watched the BBC since the Musketeers ended.. but i just Watched dragons Den. Seems like there could be a lot of road safety hints in there. I dont think the police have picked up on them. Here, a new series of Murder in Sucessville. Prety awesome but i am too sad to watch it, when everybody is having fun while I am getting legal abuse. I dont think the courts & police & CPS believe the damage they are doing to people & society, in fact i think that the more torture they put people through the better they have done their jobs. Entire series 2 while you can... www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b07h1mnp?suggid=b07h1mnpBBC iplayer Murder in Successville - Series 2: 1. Vigilante There’s been another murder in Successville, but this week the suspect is D.I. Sleet! It’s the job of his new rookie, TV personality Vicky Pattison, to try and clear his name and find the real killer in this weird and wonderful world of improvised comedy. It’s not the birthday D.I. Sleet was expecting when Nick Knowles’ body is found dead in Sleet’s car. With all evidence pointing towards him, Sleet is arrested and taken to prison. Vicky must now break him out of jail and clear his name. Pattison is put through her paces as she and Sleet become renegades and meet three bizarre suspects who might have framed him for murder. The DVLA driving licence check website facility is going to be down tomorrow for a number of hours.. Exactly the time i would be expecting points to be added to my licence or getting banned by Crewe magistrates if they have decided against me. Currently i have a valid licence. Also a bit on the court defence options i have just found out about. Defence Rule 11. Application for exemption from court jurisdiction. Acknowledgement of service form and one for magistrates not being permotted to make a decision?! Sounds like the correct direction to the Bill of Rights and Exclusive Cognisance.

Ive seen all the series 2 of Murder in Successville now. Really funny... Strange episode with a Taxidermist in it as well.
i think there is a strange person one leaving dead animal exhibits around our area. In ways that do not to me appear genuine accidents.
The new BBC series Fleabag is difficult to watch. Half hour episodes is a good idea. But something not quite right about it.
Its like a cross between Miranda and Murder in successville. Its like Miranda in Successville. Or Murder in Mirandaville?

Police officer sacked after selling stolen kayak and paddles on eBay24 August 2016 www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-37173535More police propaganda? Not certain what they are playing at anymore.... but that is not my paper drivers licence achievement in the frame there. Do they get points on those certificates? Do the loyalists not like you because of your name? Or just the fact you are a taker not a giver? Seems all for one but why the charity shpeel? Just for image?

So the actual process of filing matters to court can be considered petitioning as well, obviously it must include the gathering of evidence over the matter as well. Thus is also protected. As a process.. Thus collecting evidence for a petition to HM government also must be protected and included as part of the work.
So... Will the work of the Crown zprosecution Service itself be classed as petitioning the court? Or is "prosecution" distinctively different from "petitioning"
?
It appears that very early in Law petitioning is given a seperate distinction from prosecuting. Because in the Bill of Rights they are certainly different.
Petitioning is putting to a court or parliament or organisation for an action or result in law or a decision or calling for something to be done. But usually from a uk subject or citizen. Citizens ballot and vote for MPs. Or over a cause.
A prosecutor can petition for something privately and can vote and ballot as a citizen.
But citizens do not prosecute. Or else they can prosecute privately or through a lawyer or solicitor.
To prosecute is to seek punnishment or fine. Justice.
To petition is not punnishing through divorce. It is not seeking justice. It is merely seeking to end a legal contract between two people. Seeking a change or action.
You could petition the government for a crook to be prosecuted, but the petition Itself is not the prosecution.
Also, a petition to parliament is between parliament and the petitioner. The courts can not intervene.
Where as prosecutors seek to punnish. They work for a prosecution service, specific. They do not petition courts.
That is for certain established very early in English Law and custom.
Prosecuting thus is a seperate genre of court interaction to petitioning. Such as a "Prosecutor" has a place and position of privelige in the court room themselves which is not the position of a petitioner.
And it is not parliament.
Prosecutions are carried out in courts. Not in parliament.
The place of the prosecutor is a special position like the speaker, magistrates, legal advisor..and such..
Prosecutors, defence, and other court persons are not excempted from contempt of court. Thus not immune from prosecution themselves.

I guess This would be the Daily Mail or Mirror advert then, if i can get it in. If no one signs the petition then... there must be hacking & cheating involved because if i saw this and someone else had done it.. i would think it was the most awesome thing i had ever seen. So either the TV & Radio presenters are telling people not to sign it, or the police/government are Hacking it & obstructing me. I refuse to believe that no one is signing the petitions. Its so obvious there is cheating going on. 100x more obvious than the fake incidents and accident set ups. The only thing left to do is go door to door and get paper signatures one by one. 100,000? it cant take that long to do. I would like to see Any Mp go door to door and get 100,000 signatures for anything themself 1 person.. no knitting friends. Yeah, right. Pat Mac and a coal shovel. The Charlatans. Then again it could be people are just stupid or else in a bubble dream world. But judging from the only other speed camera petition i found at the start of all of this with only 150 or so signatures.. it seems to me that the "government" has been using "control" and "propaganda" on the entire subject completely, including expert witness societys & "de-railing" threads galore .. so to keep their"speed camera" intent to grow & expand unchallengable by the public. Just like their horrendous building enterprizes.. worse then corporate art. You should see what they are doing to Huddersfield Town. No wonder Cromwell pulled all the castles down. They are building fortress art world.
