Hmmm...
Bought a traditional shape loaf of Rustic bread today and some duck eggs.
They are meant to have 9g protein, but high in B-vitamins as well as cholesterol and I haven't had eggs for a long time.
I think either the eggs or bread has made my chest/area feel over stimulated. Not certain if it is one or the other or both.
But it felt like when I have the red bull, which has high b-vitamin content.
You aren't supposed to have too many B-vitamins..
Haven't felt like that from bread or eggs before ever.
I hope I haven't become too sensitive to them. Don't really know what to do..
I am a bit lost with the diet now as I don't know if to drop the milkshakes that are full of artificial vitamin supplements and just eat natural food or what.. But need to make certain I get enough.
Too much cholesterol is not supposed to be good anyway.

Hmmmm 🤔
So eggs are already an ingredient in Bread. So if you have, say for example.. A large portion of a huge loaf.. And 2 duck eggs.. You are getting a hell of a dose of egg, b-vitamins and cholesterol.
I don't think you notice this when you aren't on a diet. I think when you are clean & healthy.. You notice and feel the effects of these foods a lot more. Unless I'm still ill. But I'm not showing up as diabetic anymore.. Hope it's not something else now.. Ooo dear.
I've been thinking that it was silly in the past for a doctor to tell you to have lucozade if you were ill. Or chicken soup.
You would have been better with spinach and mushrooms 🤔 you sweat after a hard work out, right? You then need to replenish potassium and everything.. Why do we sweat when we get flu? Because our body is fighting off a virus and we sweat as body working hard. So we should also likewise replenish then too.
If we are overweight we don't really want sugar / glucose! We need spinach and mushrooms.. Where the protein to potassium ratio is at about 100mg potassium to every gram of protein.
They aren't giving us anything near that at the moment. In fact the FDA might not even let them!?
I'm with stupid

Wow. M1 was running amazing this morning. 🤔 Roadworks at Nottinghamshire also well..
I just can't believe the day makes that much difference. I still think they are rigging it on different days to run better/worse

Wow. Very distressing day.
Yesterday a lorry broke down (first in ages) in M1 South Roadworks Nottingham.. (I say deliberate set up) after otherwise a great start Am...
Then all day today was fine until got to M6 south at Knutsford.. No VMS warning at all. Of over 1 hour delay another broken down / incident HGV..
Then I decided to go back from Stoke A52 Uttoxeter way and all perfect until got to top of A38 and they had que signs lit up when it was just normal at M1 roundabout which set all cars wrong.
Then got onto M1 north and they had us immediately slow to 40mph compulsory speed.. 2 lanes closed 1 and 2 when only one lane was in fact being used..
And a police car unit with very strange scene of small steam roller driving onto back of a lorry and some skip? Yet there was no Roadworks what do ever there. I was furious and distressed as I belive it was purposely set up to make me late because of recent complaints and grudge I have with Highways England and government. They also have main route home closed off and I went round the other ways back and they have very sneakingly put other Roadworks on the only other diversions to really strategically get you too.. Which I think is craftily orchestrated..
But you obviously don't have to agree.. But I believe I am right about it

too much frying fat I think.. otherwise very tasty. So I calculate that there is probably only about 200g maximum of mushrooms in this product, which would have a dry weight of possibly 10g. So as 75g of Product means at least 65g of it is the frying fats?! but as it says 30g of fat on the container... it would suggest the mushroom weight itself was not 10g, it was 45g... so the 200g? of fresh mushroom was only dried down to about 45g when it was fried? and has the 30g of fats in it thus added? The figures from 200g approx. of mushrooms are roughly about right for protein and energy and potassium.... So.. generally.. this little tub of crunchy tasty snack food is about the same nutrition as one of those 200g tescos button mushroom packs which I buy. And are quite tasty anyway. but you have 30g of fat and they are then about 400 kcal so not really that good for a diet. in fact..... they are thus made WORSE than the Banana and the potatoe for energy/potassium value... although they might have better minerals generally.. So you are a lot better off getting 5 packs of button mushrooms and eating those instead which is less calories and a lot healthier. but we are getting there with this LOL

I wonder how long a commercially produced giant puffball would keep before it went bad?? Whats the nutritional profile of one?

So...
If 1,000g of mushrooms dried down to 50g weight... That means there was approx 4 cups of water in them.
So that's equal to drinking 4 cups of tea.
So if you ate so many bags of crisps or mushroom fried crispy snack... You are not getting the water you would have had.
Also think of water content of berrys, fruit, strawberry, blackberries..
And if you ate those through the day, you would not need to tilly wee wee like you do after drinking diet cokes if you are on a diet.
So no charge for urinating in public there eh?

Hmmm..
Really fed up at the moment.
3 letters my mum opened for me as I could not open them. And I still don't know what they are about as I have come home late every night so haven't spoken to her about it.. As been deterred from coming home :/
Also, this morning another dead wasp. This time must have fallen onto my hip on a stretch mark!? I put my hand down when I woke up and squished it into my hip and stung myself, so had to wash it and get venom out immediately and put sting cream on it.
Apparently maybe decorations in my room may look like a wasps nest!?
Also today I was at a park and this woman was with some kids and she sat across from me on a bench facing my way and she timed it when I looked over casually that direction.. She opened her legs and I saw her knickers!? What!? 🤔 She did it on purpose... Can you believe that. Ridiculous.
Also this young girl was talking to me. Which I was fine with but she was like 14 or something... I'm like hmmm... Okay.. Anyway I was friendly and then I went back to work.. Very strange day.
