I have uploaded the digital interviews to youtube, but they are set to private until & have checked them. I will be able to put the cassette tapes on as well, because I have found a tape player to use to record it onto my mobile audio recorder. There are already some things questionable about the police interviews. The interviews are a SET fixed duration. As far as I remeber there are 3 interviews in total. one on cassette the others digital. There are 2x cassette tapes C90's. First disc says 18/03/2015 and is duration 59 min 07 seconds. (label as Time 17:05 - 18:00) Then there is a disc that says 24/04/2015 duration 02 minutes 19 seconds only... WHAAAA??!  (11:56 to 11:58) Then a disc that says only "interview". on it? no time or date on the actual disc itself, but when you play it these all havea blank screen with data on them through the audio recordings & this says date 24/04/2015 on record in the file duration 50:52 Is there about 7 minuted missing from one tape? can the police get actors in?  They actually do employ psychics as well, so they can use it as evidence and must believe in it! So is it a little police jest? Why have they put 2 minutes onto another disk? if the interviews are all the same set duration? and why has the first disk fit the entire interview of that date on it? The police have had these for months and have had plenty time to potentially toy around with them?!  Also I just uploaded them to you tube & set them to private view for now until I have listened through them... Also today I Sent and email & posted as well to North Wales Police to see if I can get the Speeding video of my Dad on Prestatyn road. For the Appeal case evidence to compare to the other speeding videos for evidence that "caused me to distribute printed materials".. and to establish id correct laser device usage is evident, as you MUST BE ALLOWED TO INSPECT THE VIDEOS, BEFORE ANY AUTOMATIC CONVICTION OR ENDORSEMENT OF LEGAL PROCESS IS PUT ON YOUR DRIVING LICENCE. The West Yorshire police didnt send the Ossett bypass video yet, but I didnt Quote the Ref number on it.. But Now I have the Interviews.. or what they have sent me of them.. I have put in another request direct to Bradford Central Process unit. Oh & I have a letter from Mortons Solicitors saying they are sending back the Payment?! / Cheque?! So a bit confused there... I am now waiting to see if the Police turn up to grab me again?! Someone has strappped what looks like a BLACK CASE (little suitcase) to one of the telegraph posts nearby?! Theres outside the box & outside the box.  And that plastic bin is still by the Traffic light camera at Bradley Bar... Did Alan White himself put it there? or one of his fans? Also I parked in a 5min place in town and then moved to a regular place that the van was a tiny bit long for (only 2 mins) with hazzards on.. to see if I could find a tape player in the cash convertor & there was a Yelllow plastic bag by my van! and I had just before taken a strange photo of water puddles on a back street that were a WHITE colour! solid white as if something strange had been dissolved in the puddles! Wierd! just saying... thats all.. Anyway.. I will play the C90 tapes later and record it onto my phone & upload. I did see two cars both with christmas trees on the roof's earlier when I went to the garage driving in like a little convoy.. i wanted a photo because it was cute.. But my phone was misbehaving.. I got the photo onto my phone, but it did the memory card disconnect and it was lost. grrr  Also 3 girls on Leeds road carry a tree to the bus stop.. two of them one each end, which was nice, but I stopped to get a picture & they stopped at the bus stop before & then when i went back the bus came & they got on.. so couldnt get it.. would have made a nice photo. 2 girls arrying a christmas tree. Anyway.. should really have put that in the hello & welcome thread.. So.. I am pretty certain as the original case is over I CAN use these interviews on here & could have anyway as the case was illegal. Dont really want to have hours of me talking on here, Because It basically ruining my entire life that I am am being forced & manipulated into being in the public eye when fame is off te bottom of my things to do list in life and my utter complete and total dislike, hatred and opposition to fame & any thing & anyone famous. as in THERE CAN BE NOTHING WORSE OR IMAGINABLE IN LIFE POSSIBLE. IN MY OWN HONEST AND RIGHTFULL OPINION AND VIEW TO LIFE. (except obviously modest and educational television programmes) Which is why I am entitled to have the view that celebrities can go fuck off into their own little me me me world and leave everyone else the fuck alone (not literally alone but you know.. stop shoving the shit in peoples faces they dont want to see or hear) possibly this entire political campaign which I have been given no other option par for an ombudsmans purposely difficult application process) Ok.. enough. Ok, I have just listened to a little bit of one of the interviews and ALREADY I am like... Hmmmm... This guy is saying "Were saying it advertising, your saying its a petition" And "you have obviously gone about it the wrong way".. I do NOT remember him saying that at all! I do NOT NOT NOT, recall ANYONE in any interview saying that i "have obviously gone about it the wrong way" AT ALL.  Now I am going to have to transcript the interviews into writing..  Doesnt even sound like the Detective constable on the recording! He looks exactly like a guy at work, but with like Light Green eyes (guy at work has blue) And the Guy at work is into Motorcycles (pretty decent guy) The DC Detective constable.. is I would describe.. The Type of Guy who would be the Owner of a "Modern gym" - Like not a back street boxing gym... Arthur daily.. More like A "modern" Gym. Thats what actual Job I would say this guy is suited for from my personal character evaluation. And The Female Police Officer, Walker? who didnt even have the correct photo on her ID card (really old photo from her younger days) My character & personality evaluation is probably she should work in an old peoples care home. But not as a carer. Probably in the office of a retirement home. And the Two professional standards laddo guys having a cigarett break outside the building... The blonde fair hair one is suited to work at an insurance brokers and the GAZ guy (guy who looks like gaz) see gaz & leccy advert) Well.. No comment on that one... Spec savers?  anyway.. thats besides the point. |

Ok...... This is Stupid now. The Cassette player I borrowed has broken... I need to get a walkman or something to transfer the Cassette tapes to computer. But I have run out of time now Tonight. I cannot go out after 7:00pm. I have to Rush around all the time. What If you need to (& I DO) have to do all the legal appeal work yourself, if you are defending yourself? and you work all day & have no time on a night to do it? This entire TAG idea is STUPID. It shows how absolute practicality and mental retardation of the Government work at its best. Absolutely NO idea or clue how to do anything or what to do at all. IF YOU ARE APPEALING A CHARGE OR CONVICTION WHY THE HELL ARE YOU PUNNISHED (((BEFORE))) THE APPEAL  WHYIf you WIN the Appeal, you will be innocent, yet you will have been punnished already.. tortured, emotionally & psychologically abused by the legal system & then they will think its OK to just "THROW A BIT OF MONEY BACK AT YOU" HOW CAN THEY REPAIR HUMAN RIGHTS BREECHES OF FALSE ARREST? 24.01.2015 Illegal arrest and detention against the Human Rights act 1998 and Human Rights breech of political freedoms of constitutional law. Ok, so I started the cassette transfer but the tape player broke. I am having to get a new walkman. I listened to a bit, it seems like the actual interview on the cassettes. I have NO IDEA if these are the full, unedited interviews. If ANYTHING has been altered or changed or removed it will be very difficult to remember from memory as that is why they record things. I havent edited anything out and I dont want to listen to it even, I dont care anymore if anything has been added, taken out, or whatever I said, personal details or whatever. So I will get the FIRST interview cassette ones up soon, but here are the following digital ones afterwards (3 interview dates in total) I dont care if I sound stupid. I did not lie and I have not broken any law. Also questionable labels of the actual media itself. HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE TIMES of interviews, are ALL SUPPOSED TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME DURATION FIXED RECORDING LENGTH. 21 September 2016 I have had my personal details removed from the police interview tapes for me by someone. So i hope they have done it properly. I have not listened back to the full interviews yet because it is too upsetting for me. I have listened to about 30 seconds at a random interval when i first got them, and even in that 30 seconds Sgt. Tyson was giving untrue facts, accounts and evidence that did not correlate to the true events. I am not adding the police interviews to the thread now. Sorry it has taken so long. No idea what is in there.. the police could have done anything to the interviews. but its rare i managed to get hold of them. If i hadnt appealed to the crown court they would not have given me the tapes & CD's. So here they are. Note that very soon when i get in the mood to listen through the tapes, i will stopping the tapes/interviews to give comment on things said, what is true, what is false, and why and what i said, to clear up any confusion. I will also be focused and have my shoes on and not have been in a cell made to feel like a guilty convict and psychologically condictioned for the interview and disarmed. Also we dont know what conversation they primed the duty solicitor with while i was in a cell. I will have any documents i need to produce to defend myself and quote legislation that a duty solicitor will not likely bring with them. Ok, So.. I have converted the Police Cassette tapes from the 1st interview onto the computer as audio files & made videos which I am uploading to youtube. Which will be set as private for now.
I just realised there is quite a bit of personal information at the start of these interviews and Its probably best to either edit it out of put BBC bleeps over it. So forgive me, but I have set all the videos back to private for now.
I guess I will have to go through them and use the editor to add the BBC bleeps.
So i do have it uploaded but I just need to put the bleeps in.
Also I would like to transcribe it all to TEXT as well, into a script so I can add comments to what is being said...
Because I have identified from the small bits I have listened to that there is a LOT OF BULLSHITTING GOING ON.
And that it is "between" what Sgt.Tyson & colleagues have REPORTED to PC WALKER about what exactly happened when they came to the house. So "Walker" would not be aware of the facts that are WRONG contained in the questions she put to me.
Also this is my first ever time in Police custody. You have your Shoes taken from you and put in a CELL - (NOT INNOCENT UNTIL PROVED GUILTY) and made to feel GUILTY before you are INTERVIEWED, like a concentration camp. You are drained & psychologically degraded.
I am not the sharpest person ever. In fact my brain speed is SLOW, but I do know what is going on well in regards to the "big picture" just not so Quick in "the moment", but with the legal abuses added & police cruelty of being MADE TO FEEL GUILTY, it doesnt help mental alertness.
So at the Time I am not really noticing these details of bullshit in the Questions posed to me. But As I answer directly to fact & points that ARE true and honestly, it doesnt seem to matter too much.
As an example...
Walker asks... "These are the stickers that were found (By Tyson) in your van.. can you tell me about them"
Well.. There WERE NO STICKERS IN THE VAN! Tyson Collected the BOx of stickers from my Bedroom"
But i completely gloss over that and am FOCUSED on just "TELLING HER ABOUT THE STICKERS and what is written on them, the truth facts, what she wanted to know...
So I wasnt sharp enough to realise that they had changed facts about where the stickers were, because I was focused on telling them about the stickers what they wanted to know about them...
Another thing.. In court at Sentancing... The PROSECUTOR, read out that Bla Bla Bla.... Various Materials for making stickers were found at my home... which CANNOT BE TRUE. Because there were No sticker paper sheets left at all. and They are made by photocopying machine or from Ebay order. And there is no photocopying machine at home! I used the Kirklees library, Staples or Works machine.
Just things like that... A loada crap & bullshit, but why? kinda pointless bullshit.
And its THAT EXACT kina bull shit that happens with the Road Signs, and the CPS prosecution style as well...
Its Really.. "Down the Pub! style Bullshit banter.
And I realise.. I have never really been in trouble with the police before, because I a am not a criminal.
And these road signage tricks are all lies & bullshit.
Just like you get a lot of bullshit in town.
And WHY you only have certain mates & hang out with certain people... And even my mates lie & bullshit.
And then I realise! HEY! I get it. I am the only honest person really that I know! The World is bullshit and I really keep myself to myself & out of trouble (except for speed cameras) because I dont fit into this Bullshit world too well.
So.
If I can keep away from bullshit cameras, cameron's cameras. Then I might be ok.
But no. Its too late for that. I got caught up with the Bullshit world too much. And now I got bullshit on me.
Sgt. Tyson Bullshit. Police Taught Bullshit, from Bulshit MALES, in a MANS bullshit world of Bullshit war & bullshit Fighting that I try to Keep Out Of.
And Bullshit Fame, Bullshit T.V. And Bullshit Celebrities.

Can you belive this.... after NOT supplying me the POLICE INTERVIEW TAPES after the interview, so you could write to the police about the offence consideration & Crown Prosecution service... AND after NOT EVEN SUPPLYING ANY EVIDENCE BEFORE THE COURT HEARINGS (S) At Huddersfield.. And Manchester CPS not supplying the Disclosed unused material until I was actually at COURT when it arrived in the post with IMPOSSIBLE chance to respond within 7 days to before the hearing on the SAME DAY.. NOW that I have ACTUALLY GOT THE POLICE INTERVIEW TAPES & DISCS... After complaining to the CROWN COURT IN LEEDS, and CPS Martin Goldman & the WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE professional standards.... They have now SENT ME THE REQUESTED MATERIALS TWICE! YES TWICE!  BUT HAVE IGNORED AND NOT SENT THE ONE VIDEO CLIP I NEED AS EVIDENCE FROM THE OSSETT BYPASS! WHICH WAS NEVER SUPPLIED WHEN REQUESTED BEFORE THE CALDERDALE COURT HEARING, NOR FOR THE APPEAL CASE AT BRADFORD CROWN COURT WHICH I WITHDREW AS YOU CAN NOT BE CONVICTED AS PER SECTION .85 SO I SHOULDNT HAVE NEEDED TO APPEAL IT, BUT USE THE DISPUTES AVENUE WITH CALDERDALE MAGISTRATES & DVLA.So.... Now I have written to THREE. yes THREE solicitors to see if any of them can PRIZE the video footage from West Yorkshire police or the CPS. As I need it to compare it with the Haslingden Bypass footage & a video of my Dads from Prestatyn as well as to prove I was CAUSED TO DISTRIBUTE THE POLITICAL MATERIALS by the POLICE CASE OF THAT VERY VIDEO NOT BEING SUPPLIED FOR DEFENCE AND THE ENFORCEMENT WITH ILLEGAL ROAD SIGNAGE NOW CONFIRMED, as it has been PARTIALLY CORRECTED. There is either something very dodgy about the video or else there is no video or they would not be so keen to try keep it from me. That or my communications have been obstructed. Still trying to get the video from Ossett from WEst Yorkshire police, Process bureau, Leeds Crown Court & Bradford Crown Court. Also those three solicitors I messaged about it.. The "Keep your Licence" one in Huddersfield, Finn GledHill In Halifax and one in Leeds based near the CPS HQ. No replies yet. I have a letter from the DVLA. I wonder if its a new licence with the other 6 points added? No licence, or it being revoked for not sending it in? although I have sent the Chief executive a few messages to say I already sent them it for quarantine so I didnt have it to send them. Guess I will have to read what they have done to me.... This TAG is supposed to come off in the next few days... I wonder if the police will come for me between then to take me to Manchester in another prison van, your expence?!  |

Hello.
20 December 2015.
I was picked up by the police Sgt. from Huddersfield & an Officer Friday evening. (I notified him that the charges & case were illegal & quoted the legislation and that as a police officer by law he could not act on an illegal warrant) Anyway..They came in a little unmarked police car, that was just like a regular car. I was arrested but they were quite friendly and let me get what i wanted, get changed, and my things.. but I forgot my diabetic tablets.. Anyway they were saying I was a nice lad & all this & that being nice.. I was put in a cell until the morning & taken to Manchester.
I actually think that the police should in fact prosecute the court and Not act on the illegal warrants.
I was apparently convicted the day I didnt turn up (4th) but not for stopping on any roads?! Just for the stickers (which were apparently about 30?!) not turning up they said was more serious than the actual offences.
Not of my complaints to the court or the exemptions & illegal case had been acknowledgedat the hearing?
Now...
i got the duty solicitor & I will in all the details of eveything that has happened soon as there is a LOT to tell about Fraud, charlatans, skipping important words & parts of things that are read out in court, said & important legislation ignored or magistrates acting as if THEY have ultimate say OVER the law (legal advisor completely out of the equation)
And I quote the magistrate "I Make the decisions around here" to the solicitor (who was TRYING for me "somewhat" but essentially bent & corrupt by virtue of character and social/law culture factors)
So.. the experience was very upsetting, traumatic & harassing to have to experience & i saw the same on the faces of other victims of this legal abuse that had been into other courts. Many of the security staff obvious steroid users as well!
I have been fined.. wait for this £3,000! and given 200 hours community service! (which was for the not turning up on the 4th mostly i think) But you never know with these people because the whole entire session is one "Cherade" of lies, mixed with "skipping" details, IMPORTANT facts and words of what I had said in the interview room & really just shabby unprofessionalism mixed with a character set of probably honest women, paired with liars, cheats and charlatans from a mix of moral backgrounds and also a certain ammount of "their limitations" before the court as I dont even think they would "Dare" to challenge the court that the hearing was "illegal" even if they wanted to.. and then the entire lot of them would be in "trouble together..
The MAIN concern is the fact that you can NOT speak! and if you are being represented you have to sit by in the TORTURE and HOROR of a complete incompetent fool and charlatan "throwing" you and your case to the ground!
There is an element of "pretend" as well where they act and look like that are "TRYING" to help when in fact it is a cherade!
Also when they read off my Huddersfield Convictions, it was stated i was given 3 penalty points on my driving licence at Huddersfield, when it was said at Huddersfield it was 6 penalty points on my driving licence!?
The stopping on a road charge had vanished from the Manchester case & I dont know if that was because I wrote to the CPS myself to complain or if it had not been proved in court.
One thing is for certain.. There are things being said & done inside these rooms that needs to be revealed.
I know anyone can view court, as there are public audatoriums.. but Who in their right mind WANTS to go into these places? The Newspaper tabloids & editorial?!
If they are they are NOT REPORTING ANY OF THE ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT and criminal activity displayed by the court itself!
And probably why the NEWSPAPERS figured out and now behave as if they can do what they want to! it all feeds the flames of the huge corruption rather than puts out the fire.
I will add more details on specifics and what happened .. but this is my Brief.
Still no one acknowledging the fact that I can not be prosecuted & the cases were illegal.
They DID read out "part" of my sticker, but not the important part that said I would remove them myself, they read out the "skipped words" version of the bill of rights quote & they DID acknowledge that there are certain political exemptions for sticker use and petitioning... but claim that as the case had already been heard this was sentancing only.
I still claim now (couldnt really speak in court) that they could and should have called the entire process off by premise that it was illegal.
The Solicitor was not even accepting that OR the exemptions at first at ALL! But I think after he had heard the Cps and probation guy speak about what I had said and what was on file (computer brif) they did mention these things but its done like this..
When you have a piece of music in front of you, you play the notes as shown..
These people are "missing notes" out and twisting things like there is no tomorrow.
The MAIN hinderance other than an incompetent Solicitor (Wish I had had the previous one from last time) is that YOU cannot speak.. (or you get in more trouble)
in fact, the main problem with this entire legal system, in my opinion is that YOU CAN NOT SPEAK FREELY.
And if YOU COULD SPEAK & COMMENT FREELY, then I am not saying it would change what they did to you.. BUT AT LEAST YOU WOULD HAVE A FIGHTINGT CHANCE!
Because as it is... you have NO chance at all, unless you can find a DECENT solicitor. And The one I tried to get Didnt even take my case on & sent the Cheque back!
There is no doubt that the council are supposed to ask you in writing to remove stickers yourself before any removal costs apply and there is no doubt that political and charity printed materials do not get fined or removed anyway.
The problem is that this case was illegal anyway and the court, solicitors and others involved would just not acknowledge or act on that. In this instance the Legal advisor did not even speak once!
One Magistrate guy "Ran the Show"
And I have identified that different courts & different "groups" of people have completely different "dynamics"
Where a "powerfull person" literally "runs the show" and it can be anyone! from a solicitor to a magistrate (one of) or the legal advisor or even the Clerk! or the defendant or whoever!
No matter what their role is, it seems they have the say & it effects the others persons!
My mental health was also challenged! and I was threatened with prison!
The Solicitor kind of argued with the Magistrate for me somewhat but the magistrate said I quote again...
Complately independent of the legal advisor who never spoke once not even to comment on my legislative exemptions or check up on them & none of the people there were read on that particular area of legislation (or if they were did not act like they were)
The information they were acting on was also very limited from a computer screen of the CPS guy who didnt say much while I was there, infact. And when He read things, it was like "word skip" where he did not read out the piece correctly!
Also when in the interview room with first the solicitor & then the Probation... They were just not accepting certain facts & truths I said. Also Umming ad arring... about things.. Yes other things accepted But not read out correctly or properly, and this is a very serious matter & the LAW sector is supposed to be PROFESSIONAL.. not by virtue of "tricks" by virtue of truth and honesty, the whole truth & nothing but the truth!
And that statement in these places in a JOKE!
The Staff in this sitting were also a lot worse characters (people) than when i turned up to get it adjourned. I should have stated the illegal case then! But also my emails should have been correctly processed.
I am going to copy this post across to the Good Honest thread... and I will update details soon...
But I am pretty much in a not very positive mental state from being abused by this magistrate who in my view is a "Pee do file" and Legal abuser. compulsive and repeat abuser who exherts mental and emotional abuses on vulnerable persons who are robbed of their free speech and human rights. In fact the COURT process itself I would even CHALLENG IN LAW. That the Court is DATED and mediveal. and that MODERN HUMAN RIGHTS make courts a breech of Human Rights & free speech. Because you are in fact by force and threat of punnishment "FORCED TO SILENCE" in grave and serious circumstances of the highest order.
And that is a human rights crime.

So how am i supposed to have time to work on my appeal or even pay for a solicitor when I have to pay another £3,000 and work weekends now?
The TAG is coming off but I have further restrictions & have been abused further now so that really they are scaring me & forcing me out of my Human Rights & political freedoms to campaign & petition!
That is why the police stopped me, unless they were trying to get the Magistrates to make more illegal prosecutions, but havent they done enough illegal driving convictions already against people?
And the abuse I have been put through is just not fair.
I even have been made to do this website, which I actually do not even like or want to do.
One thing is clear.. its like the Mafia. The police are working for the police.
Not for the People. Same with all these people in these organisations. And there is No one there to police it. In fact the police are protecting, supporting & encouraging this behaviour in the LAW sector & the Action Fraud website is very mercurious, sinister & hidden. No one knows what goes on behind the scenes. Most likely because it is the epicentre of police corruption itself.

Also they were saying the council said it costs £100 to remove each sticker?! the solicitor did challenge this (& the probate guy) but the magistrate sais as it has been claimed (cpd said chemical costs?) they uploded the claim. BUT note that (I wasnt allowed to speak) at the TIME of the chages the stickers were not even removed in the Manchester/Bolton area! they left them on until the date I put on there (I still claim do not have to be removed anyway) The Solicitor (This duty one) kind of was trying in a way.... But He was kinda like the "Dr. Nick" guy from the Simpsons when Compared to Dr. Hibbert.. if you see what i mean. His whole philosophy and morals were wrong from the root... as if he had been Good & Honesty (& decent) He would have had the entire thing called off and also protected me from the cost claims and the rest. This website IS community service really. trying to uncover illegal use of road signs against drivers. & all the work I have done to get evidence. |

Now the DVLA are saying theyannot find the driving licences I sent them Back. & they are saying they are "merely record keepers" of driving licences, after I challenged them for "aiding & abetting" fraud by the courts of driving endorsements.
Its like a standard scripted reply they send out, even from the Chief executive office.
There is no Doubt that fraud by abuse of position is evident if a Government department is helping protect & facilitate other departments illegal activity & not reporting it. They deny any responsibility and do not care to act.
Here is my reply to the DVLA, who have not even mentioned the Huddersfield endorsements, which have been contradicted by a Manchester Crown Prosecutor.

My disputes concerning the two SP30 offences with you in letters around that time...
During the disputes you sent me, free of charge a brand new driving licence paper part, with the updated endorsements, after i sent you the original paper part. during those disputes.
I sent you back a NEW plastic licence AND the NEW paper part you issued me with for quarantine. You must have them. Please check again.
So i am only in possession of my OLD original plastic part.
You DO have the new paper part with the two quoted endorsements on it.
And i can not send you it as i do not have it.
You have written to me to request (with form) to apply for a new licence.
I was convicted by Huddersfield Magistrates court recently.
But i have been told by them it was an offences for 6 additional points to be added, but no disqualification period.
Yesterday I was in Manchester Magistrates court and the CPS prosecutor read out my Huddersfield convictions from the computer and he Stated I had only been given THREE penalty points from Huddersfield, not SIX.
You have not mentioned any of these in your letter.
Please conform how many points are Due to be put on my licence from Huddersfield Magistrates as I have been given contradictory information.
Also you DID send me the NEW paper part free of charge during our last disputes 2014 offences.
And as i HAVE sent you my Paper part back (the NEW one) which you DID issue free of charge with no need to fill any form in (this was your choice)
I should NOT need to Fill any forms in this time if you have lost the NEW paper part that you sent me.
If you can not find it. Then you will have to send me another one with complete update of all endorsements Including the recent Huddersfield Ones (for stopping on a road) what ever the code is for that.
Please look into the matter and update me with the situation because as on this time you are saying there are only TWO endorsements on record.
Please check on the Huddersfield Endorsement record and please double check. as I DID send you the NEW paper part you isued me for free with no forms to fill in . Thus I know you CAN do that. Because you did do. And I did NOT even ASK for a new paper part making! I sent you my old one there was nothing wrong with it, during our previous disputes.
Please investigate and update me with a new paper part. Which you CAN issue and send WITHOUT me needing to fill in ANY forms. Which you did last time & i did not even request you to!
Please apply the new points to the Paper part & my current Driving record & send me the paper part back with the points on it. & do not say you cannot do it, because you did before. The NEW plastic and paper parts were not requested last time but you sent them anyway. (which I returned)
You actualy revoked my driving licence at one stage when It was not sent back in time, and I payed £50 or something, which you actualy sent me back as It turned out there was no fee to pay. as you simply re-instated my Licence. That was before the slightly later disputes when you issued a brand new plastic & paper part without me even asking for them. Possibly because you re-instated my licence? but there was nothing wrong with the OLD paper part and I was not required to send in my Old licence anyway for being reinstated.

How come the "not showing up for court" offence was treated a lot less severely at Huddersfield than Manchester?
Also it was a few Hundred stickers in West Yorkshire but the FINE was a lot LESS than Manchester where they were only saying about 30 Stickers.
The court costs should be ablut the same & the Removal costs (If true value(NOT) are to be seen as similar why is the Manchester fine £3,000?!
Also The claimes distress to Alan White AND stopping on a road (twice?) only the TAG, Fine & point..
Yet at Manchester.. I wasnt convicted for stopping on any roads? after all that & there were only 30 or so stickers (they said) and no offence distressing anyone... so why the 200 hours community service?! For not turning up to proceedings that I claim are and were Illegal?! But at Huddersfield the TAG/Fines are a lot less..
The Judge (Magistrate) at Manchester was also dancing on the edge of threat of Custodial sentance! (jail?) yet the Solicitor was arguing against it.. I think that it SHOULD have been un the edge of ANY punnishment AT ALL, except a fine. Its like they "stepped it up" and then argued a different Threshold line.
I do not think there are many solicitors who even have any intent of any "not guilty" verdicts. Its like they are being paid to make you plead guilty but just get as Less punnishment for you as they can. Its like a punnishment cult.
The Original free solicitor who turned up at Dewsbury Police Station "Amal" or whoever.. Should have had the charges dropped by the "exemptions" from legislation. Which dont seem to be disputed "AFTER" i have been convicted already.. just duting & before... in my abcence & then an... "og its too late now" so we are gonna give you these punnishments even though we acknowledge the exemptions... which we will not give you MINIMUM fines for.
Its just crazy. And contradictory...
Also they sont make it clear in WRITING exactly what is what. punnishment for which part of it & after being in a cell over night & subjected to legal abuse & psychological distress & put in cells with loud Fan's so you cannot sleep or rest properly & a cell with no toilet!
How are you expected to be able to do or say anything clearly in court with no pen, paper or documents?
The entire system is against you before you start & that is without even mentioning the incorrect misleading road signage that the entire thing is about!
Its like The pied Piper leading the children into a cave... Yet this is the Government & councils Leading drivers into speeding offences so they can abuse them further in the dark cave with legal abuses & torture. & if you stand upto the "bad uncle" abuser he will give you even worse punnishments & abuse.
The Human Rights act states that no one shall be subjected to False arrest, punnishment or retribution for petitioning & political freedoms. Also you can not be punnished extra for an offence that happened Before or at the same time as the one you are on trial/hearing.
& in this case I feel I have been.
I am not saying there are not some Good people, respectable honest people working in these places.. But the influences of those powerfull persons & other deceptve persons that influence the Good people is distressing.
The ENTIRE system needs to be Fully transparent. I mean why have a PUBLIC audatorium in a court... (Magistrates) But then have laws where you can not Disclose case details during a case (unless illegal) And Only CROWN court is FULLY RECORDED & SCRIPTED?
If the magistrates hearings were all audio recorded, then this entire corruption would NOT have been able to evolve & it is the Newspapers who are/were responsible for being aware of "wrong doings" inside courts, as they attend cases regular. Or else get heavily bent & edited reports.
This one being true & honest!

Ok so why is it now that I am reading that Political, Religious and Charitable materials are exempted from the "offence" of section 23 (93) of the Environmental Protection act 1990 Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment act 2005? I am 100% certain it said exempted from "The legislation" And with all the other hacking/wierd stuff happening recently that is 100% real.. I am certain someone would change it, both on here and online as well... I have seen variations in versions. If political materials are not exempted from being stuck, pasted, painted, attached in public and exempted from defacement recovery costs.. then how can the council itself use a sticker without it being criminal damages and having to fine itself for being cleaned? Also how do the Labour and conservative use posters and stickers without being fined? If it is with "permission" from the council... how can it give permission if only political materials are exempted from one offence of distribution, not the entire section? And... even if its criminal damage charges.. there is "lawfull excuse" of the Bill of rights for petitioning materials which apply specific protection from all prosecutions to petitioning materials, but NOT to political partys materials. Thus a petition has more protection under law than a political party does.(except in election time when it is a ballot petition, not regular political activities) It is clear that there wasalso mentioned in one local council version, that all you need is "good reason" to post/paste stickers, not even lawfull reason. And the authority must write to you before the materials are removed, which Manchester did not do, and as repeatedly stated I had written permission from Bradford Council. |

Crosshair GeneratorPolice speed laser device prosecution videosSo, I still am having trouble getting the Ossett bypass video & the Prestatyn video of my Dad, from the Police. I am not trying to get the Courts to aquire it from the police. There is obviously some issues with both videos or they would have given it to us by now (have been sent the Haslingden video as you know.. which I used to prove (FL) length shift calculations were incorrect and Aim. So this is a great little website here that turned up first in a google search just now. Its like a video game simulation for a "Target". you can choose the Background (do not think you can load your own) and change the graphic for the crosshair! pretty awesome, many parameters to play with. The Crosshair on the Haslingden bypass video is present (Tele-traffic manual states it can be turned on/off on the device) why you would NOT have it on would be stupid because if it is turned off, how can the device be "aimed" with any certainty at all at a target?! How do you even know what is being aimed at with a laser? is the aim even calibrated correctly? how could you prove this? Here is the website anyway.. it would be great if there was a computer programme to load any video or photo into the background with this webpage, such as a video of motorway traffic and see how difficult it really is to get vehicles with the crosshair! Because you dont know where the edges are of the frame. With my Traffic light photos some are "zommed in" from the other pictures.  If they are NOT using a "crosshair" then WHY? is there something they are trying to hide/cover up such as true aim location on the vehicle? In the Picture above there is a white line by the dark coloured vehicle but it looks like a light highlight on the car. There is a line below, but its not a crosshair and there is a thin line to the right which looks like a print mark as this was scanned from a paper print out. Its beyond doubt that there is a MAJOR COVER UP OPERATION going on in the speed enforcement departments across the entire country. And they try to get these "paid" professional experts in to throw you off the scent at cort or pre court. They really just "dont want you to have the videos". So IF both the Ossett and Prestatyn videos have no crosshairs on them.. Exactly what EVIDENCE is there that any laser beam was correctly aimed onto ANY target vehicle AT ALL? I did see the still photo from Ossett the Van beside a Royal Mail Transit, but I sent it in to the police and didnt get a scan before I sent it in. There was no Crosshair on it. I will get these videos somehow, eventually, even if I have to go through every solicitor in the country until a straight one is found who is not trying to protect the polices franchise & their own buisness flow... Anyway.. Have a go with the crosshair app & if you did get your speeding prosecution video, does it have a crosshair on it? have you zoomed into the crosshair to establish the target in detail and correlate it with the (FL) focal length times? I will post this in the other threads.

And that plastic bin is still by the Traffic light camera at Bradley Bar... Did Alan White himself put it there? or one of his fans? Also I parked in a 5min place in town and then moved to a regular place that the van was a tiny bit long for (only 2 mins) with hazzards on.. to see if I could find a tape player in the cash convertor & there was a Yelllow plastic bag by my van! and I had just before taken a strange photo of water puddles on a back street that were a WHITE colour! solid white as if something strange had been dissolved in the puddles! Wierd! just saying... thats all..
Also 3 girls on Leeds road carry a tree to the bus stop.. two of them one each end, which was nice, but I stopped to get a picture & they stopped at the bus stop before & then when i went back the bus came & they got on.. so couldnt get it.. would have made a nice photo. 2 girls arrying a christmas tree.
