This is now where I believe Kirklees council are in Breach of the LAW by certain adverts & signs & notices that it puts out....
Particularly Newspaper "published Stories" by Tony Earnshaw, That were by Cllr Richard Smith and Cllr Bernard McGuin.
Also a lot of notices around town, on projects.. when you really understand & interpret the content, Including that on the side of buses.
I also think that HM Government now in their Advertising Strategy & psychology (& Many businesses' that sponsor & fund, vote for them... The Government itself.. NHS and other departments intend to sway support & voting. Particularly with its "key workers" material & other NHS messages & content.
Cllr Richard Smith Was Interviewed by Tony Earnshaw on Behalf of the Local Council (His Position on it) As Did Cllr Bernard McGuin. in Published newspaper stories.
As Their Position on the Council they are not allowed to "Influence" petitions to the Council, through Published mediums. The Huddersfield Examiner is one such medium.
Therefore those Stories are "illegal"
I have already written to the respective newspapers, Huddersfield Examiner, Telegraph & Argus & Yorkshire Post. Because of the Stories intended to Influence Petitions ...
a Kirkburton petition & a Castle Hill Petition.
The Council & Newspaper therefore have broken the law of The local Authorities (Referendums) (Petitions) (England) Regulations 2011
Actually.. speaking of National Matters.. I believe they the Whole NHS Facemasks imagery was also intended to give a very clear message to "key workers" to "keep their mouth shut" in Whistle Blowing or reporting of criminal, illegal activity & also themselves petition the Government over matters they "might have informations about".. Therefore it would be a "deterrent" to key people petitioning (complaints) to government.
It therefore can be understood & interpreted as "influencer material".
Also another thing..
In Local Councils, when they want the public to "support" or "agree" with a development, or project & vote in favour of it.. there are strategically placed all around Town Centre.. "Their Vision" imagery. Which is to make people think that everyone supports what they are doing "The Awesome team" or Dream Team & "Huddersfield Town Football" Partners on the Buses as well...
All this is to create a impression that there is some sort of "unity" or agreement" on whatever projects the council wants to do.. to make it Look like the public support it. This IS INFLUENCER MEDIA. & MATERIAL... That is aimed to get the public on a SIDE & make them give the council the OK by not opposing them.
I have extensive evidence of how the Strategic development team do this.
And I would take court action if I could afford it.. But all in Good time.
I believe that the council has got used to & made a Habit of this... they "cannot help themselves" but publish influencer material to "make a point" & i believe they are "well aware" they are doing it. Even Plan it.
After all... The Entire basis of the "Entire illegal road signage investigation" I have done.. is that it is "influencer" signage.
As has been the Building & planning notices not being in place. .. It Influences objections to failure and amiss.
a Gamble that will pay off for the council.
This is Law that is in place, because council has (Public funds) and connections and relationships with Newspapers it can use to its advantage.
Individuals can petition the council, But the Council is not permitted to Sway the opinion of the People, and neither is central Government.
That's the Point. Of this Legislation.
& i know for certain it has been going on at all levels. from central government to Local councils & Councillors, Strategic Teams that are part of the council.
I will pursue this further, but it is duly noted & Included as part of the evidence of wider crime of Highways Planning corruption.
