Have you ever wondered about the government getting "revenge" back at the public.. particularly by using the law & fines?
Especially when people go and win back large numbers of fines..
Like Claire Allison did in 2005
I am absolutely certain that her offence was likely to have been in 2004 because she will have needed a few months to take photos and arrange a solicitor & dates are usually set a few months after the initial tickets are issued

I am currently investigating an unlawful change in the seat belt law & I have found the government did it unlawfully. It seems to be around the same time as this High profile story where a LOT of money was refunded.. It will have been a big blow for the government. & I have found correlations in the news with other things... like the KENT case where speed guns were banned for a while in Kent... It was around the same time the Motorcycle rider got shot in the back of the Helmet on the M40 after the bulldog Bash even which was just down the motorway from Tele-traffic UK Headquarters who make the speed guns
Here, the government make an unprecedented change to the seat belt exemption.. making it only 50 meters... yet it exists in 2 laws (The 1988 Road Traffic act) as well which was unchanged and meant as it did before.

Could this vain attempt have been a backlash at the public after all that money was refunded? As the government would have been keeping tabs on the case... The Order could have been made & passed as it was playing out... In a vengeful grab back at money & fines?
I don't think the timing is co-incidence
