MOVEMENT OF LAZER.LAZER DEVICE IS NOT SET UP ON STABLE GROUND WITH A GROUNDED TRIPOD AS DIRECTED BY HOME OFFICE DOCUMENTATION. Something you need to know about Police safety camera vans is that when they are parked at the side of a road, the slip stream from passing vehicles exerts a lot of force on the Police camera vehicle causing it to rock from side to side. This is highly unprofessional and makes any readings taken from lazer equipment inaccurate and extremely inconsistent to a degree that a lot of the time the equipment is rendered completely useless. Here is a video of what is going on and a look through the Police operators view finder. This is why at all costs they only supply you with a photograph shot from the video and will not give you the full footage unless you make great effort to obtain it. Obtain your offence evidence footage to find out if you can get cleared of the offence and prosecute the police for fraud. A camera should not be used in this manner. Make a complaint now. VOTE SPEED CAMERAS OUT NOW!

Ok, so this is also what they are supposed to do before & after every enforcement session & I guarantee you they are NOT doing it! I will post a audio interview I did with a camera operator and he lied and said the signs were correct size! stated he didnt have to check any signs at all. These are supposed to be road safety experts and not only know the highway code by heart and police vehicle operators code, but they are supposed to know the road traffic signs manual as well. How can you enforce a road by law when you dont know the law but are supposed to! Even wearing school P.E. teacher outfit instead of high vis jacket and seatbelt at road side with no safety cones or warning lights?!  |

Officer enforcing the speed limit on the A19 Southbound near Thirsk today around lunchtime.

Mobile speed camera van officer confronted, vehicle Rockin' all over the place parked on A19 Lay-by Thursday 30 April 2015,
Officer Questioned and is aware of dramatic movement inflicted to video footage aim and stability. Officer attempted to claim I was not allowed on the Dual carriageway on foot despite several houses on the road who's residents walk along the road all the time, including various crossings & footpaths. Road is not a motorway. Also note some incorrect size national speed limit signs at various places further north.
After I had done a delivery in Northallerton I was going to further question officer over several other things but he had scampered.

Also, Just wanted to say that I am very Disappointed, as on Tuesday AM approx 10:00 (28/04/2015) I was on the A38 southbound on my way to Birmingham and I passed a Mobile speed camera van parked on a concrete bridge over the carriageway. I didnt think they operated them there as I have NEVER in 15 years seen one on that road!!! I truly believev it was the highway of heaven.
But yes, be carefull as infrequent National speed limit signs for speedo reminders could have you dancing in the "fishing threshold" speed range.
I really amazing road that has now left me with a lot of questions.
The videos of prosecution evidence will need checking for up down movement. I couldnt get the vehicle REG number as there was no exit nearby to access the bridge. Reminds me of the Wrexham bypass days, where the van there is reported to operate still thought i have not seen it myself for a number of years.
I have quite a few professional standards complaints to read and reply to that I havent had time to yet also. But i am assuming that the answers will be the same.

ANOTHER POLICE LASER GUN TRICKERY ISSUESo we have had Rocking Police vans, Aiming under, around or over the surface of vehicles to change the distance, Laser light going through windows, AND NOW, THIS ONE IS ANOTHER (FL) focal length issue... which is that the SIZE of the Diameter of the reflected Lazer beam can CHANGE dependin upon the focal length, and this is ADDED into the OTHER issues, like INCORRECT TARGET, going through a window and excess unstable motion. What about motorcycles? Here see the near & mid range focal length (top & bottom photos) the broken down car has its Hazzard lights on & look at the size of the light up area in each photograph. (I have enlarged them in correct ration to compare better)  So if the focal length (FL) is not correct when the speed reading is being taken, not only the distance, but the size of the infra red light that is returned to the device, could be more or less than it should be.  I did a video with a car with a strange central FOG light.. but it did not record for some reason..  the size and ammount od red light detected by the lens is effected by the (FL) focal length as you can see with the change in light size on the hazard lights of the broken down car (video)

A better focal length photograph comparison, done today 05 November 2015 The device does not record the F-stop data in the image file, i have checked. But this is an example of around the full max & minimum F-stops. (focal length) effects on the light being returned into the device lens.  |

mobile speed camera van parked at wrong angle to traffic for laser readings. Then i drive on national speed limit country roads & back around to mobile speed camera van
A64 York female safety camera officer is parked diagonal doing laser speed camera checks, not facing traffic directly.
I go a Jills house in bishopsthorpe and see a car with Jill reg number on A64
also in Copmanthorpe i spot the hard to get DIAGONAL line lucky 7's cards! After finding a Cop WOMAN parked diagonally, incorrectly against proper device operation guidelines.

i have done a few (FL) focal length examples of flashing lights to give an impression of police laser focal length effects on the light, if incorrect (FL) is in effect. the previous examples have been far away. this is a closer up example. I have just found this VIDEO on Youtube, filmed by a Motorcycle rider, where the Police ARE ACTUALLY USING A TRIPOD! Compare to TODAY (25 november 2015) where in the M6, near Shap THEY ARE STILL USING WINDY UNSTABLE BRIDGE POSITIONS SIDEWAYS! at least some police are using correct tripods  Unlike Cumbria which i will bet has verry erattic aiming on film.  But how do we get the video footage from the police and all the dodgy deleted footage as well? M6 mobile speed camera still in use unstable |

Police observation platform NOT used by Cumbria police mobile camera van. Unlink Humberside on the M180 nowadays..  This is around where I saw the Cumbria Van.. just before 14.4 northbound  The speed camera signs were AFTER it!  Side winds are unsafe for speeding HGV, but thats no excuse for UnStaBle camera Use!  extended grabber arm, like the rigged claw grab machines!  |
