M1 Northbound Friday 20th July 2018 approx. 10:41pm between Woodall services and junction 31 A57 lane closures 40mph speed limit way, way before any need to slow down or anything in road. when northbound had men working all down the side, further north, at night with no speed limit reduction or warning signs, legend or VMS signs in place at all.
Absolute abuse of force and power and control, and legal stress, torture and punishment against innocent drivers. Who would have slowed down as they approached the lane closures naturally, safely and proceeded slowly as cars in front were going at 5 to 10mph with gradual voluntary slow down on approach. not 40mph over a mile early on a speed percentile of Motorway lanes clear road.
Multiple innocent motorists flashed for exceeding 40mph dropdown speed, nowhere near the lane closure ahead. This is not about speed or safety its about power & control of people and traffic. This is not justice, or safety its riddiculous

So, I have an N.I.P. through from Nottinghamshire police 13/06/2018
I went past to inspect the cameras yesterday (even though I go past there a few times a week)
Looks like it was a camera just before the Southbound Trowell services, which is only just in Nottinghamshire.
I thought the N.I.P. might be in relation to the Average speed camera coming off at J25 A52. But that is Derbyshire police and they have no record of any N.I.P.s to the vehicle I drive. Apparently they are claiming the speed limit was 60mph and I passed the camera at 74mph (van is limited to 80mph.
They have been messing with the speed limits swapping them about differently on a daily basis on approach to the 50mph roadworks on the M1. Some days there is no speed limit until you get to J25 and the 50mph signs.. and that is when the traffic flows best.
I believe the entire reason for the variable speed limit is so they can use a camera to get fines.
As I state in the video, the Government claim over pollution reasons doesn't hold up to science and fact because slowing cars down groups them up and the congestion increases concentration of exhaust fumes, not reduces it. plus cars take longer to get where they are going so are on the roads longer.
The camera that allegedly flashed me (I saw no flash and don't think I was speeding) is just before the Trowell services southbound. M1 Just in Nottinghamshire. The river Erewash is where they place the Derbyshire border signs, and the J25 exit A52 average speed cameras for roadworks currently are in Derbyshire with a 50mph limit (what I actually thought this N.I.P. might have been about.

Horrible experience last night, to add to similar on way back from Manchester from Warrington a few months ago.. same circumstances.. one of best achivements of my life and a horrible road set up on the way home by HM Government Highways strategic network.
The motorway was bloked/closed at top of A42 and no proper diversion route. I was sent all around Nottingham with all left turns to go around blocked off, forcing me right into Nottingham. it was late, I just wanted to get home, was tired and felt like Somebody was sending me on a traumatic rat race punishment course around Nottingham to wind me up,
Very dark & sinister experience. Especially in your own country. You are made to feel bad, at fault or in error or stupid and they are superior and in absolute control of you like a cat with a mouse toying with it. Makes them feel powerfull.
Nottinghamshire police are prosecuting me/charging me for the M1 speeding in the variable speed limit on my birthday.
They sent a form that also mentions motorway driving courses...
I complained to the Chief officer..
But now there is no conditional offer, they are claiming I was in "excess" so I might get more than 3 points?! or disqualified, and I only have 6 points though. apparently this is not a 3 points conditional offer
The device apparently has sesors under the road and takes photo only, not video.
But in the photo is says congestion on the sign, when there is not any congestion at all.
What I want to know is, if the detection strips are under the road & the cameras are behind the yellow camera at the side, what the hell IS the yellow camera at the side FOR? just a dummy camera?
in the police statement it says the contrary, it says its not necessarily for congestion but to "Ease congestion" which is a totally different statement and meaning.
The photos of the signs are very clear in their photos..
I did not drive past that camera at 73mph.
The camera has been hacked/used maliciously against me. Just like the motorway signs with strange messages and the system is not secure at all. I don't want to present this in court, as I cannot be prosecuted its illegal for them to charge me when I am gathering evidence & surveying road signage. And cameras.
The police Chiefs are like Nazi Warlords they refuse to STOP or act on complaints and behave like military army officers.
But these signs can change with the moment very quickly.
I have recorded some very strange behaviour of these signs and the timing also.
Plus a motorway is designed to be driven on at a certain speed (70mph) so it always has the same safe speed percentile. Any road has a design speed percentile drivers drive on it at no matter how busy it is. So the "excess" speed is ridiculous in instances where they are just flicking a switch to change a sign moment to moment. When the road has a high speed percentile by design. If you look at the photo there are hardly any cars on the road at all.
And its still miles away from the A52 junction where the roadworks start on the M1.
So cars would be expected to drive to a natural percentile of the motorway no matter if it was buisy or not.
I have recorded some other signs also a strange message saying "Close to J" or "Closed at J" which made no sense as nothing was closed at all. But on the video I recorded you cannot see the letters as they have made the sign so you yourself cannot gather evidence of any use in any defence.
Also, yesterday the M62 speed signs where changing speed, up & down and lorrys were obstructing the view of the signs, and I thought I saw a camera go off, when the signs numbers had changed up, then down, and people only had a certain time and visibility, and they cannot watch the speedometer all the time, just drive with the natural flow of traffic. Also some of the speed limit numbers over the lanes were not lit at all, and the red rings were behaving very strange.
I need to send this evidence in, but the police just ignore it. Thery make you go to a court which is punishment itself as you are being charged.
If the signs are in error, or not working or being hacked into, that's a complaint to the operator of the signs (Highways & police) so you should not be forced to have to go to a court as there is something not right with the signs system itself.
The signs have been messed with and they are also using them when there is no incident at all ahead. Ive got lots of examples.
What a nightmare.
I will evidence of the signs not working properly & changing & having random lanes out. Remember that their photo only has the immediate signs in the shot, not ones which cause approach speed into the scene and the dynamics of approach & other vehicles & live conditions also... or if there truly was or was not any built up traffic ahead or even at roadworks.
a fixed penalty or a Speed Awareness course: 68 mph summoning: 86 mph _______
Speed Enforcement The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) issued revised speed enforcement policy guidance in 2013. It suggests that enforcement will normally occur when a driver exceeds the speed limit by a particular margin. The particular margin is normally 10 per cent over the speed limit plus 2 mph. The guidance sets guidelines for when it would be appropriate to issue a fixed penalty notice or for the driver to attend a speed awareness course, and when it becomes appropriate to issue a summons. These are guidelines only and a police officer has discretion to act outside of them providing he acts fairly, consistently and proportionately

I only opened the letter myself as is was very thick. Lots of paper, and from Mansfield. So I thought it might be from the bank. Or Court but its Nottinghamshire police.
I wasn't in excessive speed and only have 6 points but it looks like they have not given me the conditional offer. But are attempting to force court action, even though I cannot be prosecuted. :/ as gathering evidence on the cameras and signs and Highways England.

examples of evidence I have been gathering...
of signage & messages on approach to & through variable speed limits that are not correct, or not properly displayed speeds. also changing speeds and speeds that cannot be seen as lorrys obstruct the approach view. Also fraudulent messages. And signs designed to stop you recording them with a video, on approach so you cannot get evidence and signs cannot be seen from certain angles.
Well, Highways England are full of jokes this morning..
First its raining and wet all the way from Leeds to Northampton but they only decide to have "50mph wet surface" signs on further down the country..
Also they are on where the A38 junction M1 que is tailback onto the motorway.. But no caution que signs (even though they have rigged the traffic lights to tailback the motorway que anyway)
Also they have que 40mph advised speed on the regular lane motorway between Leicester and Northampton.. And I'm like.. Hmmm.. Now what!? Absolutely nothing there. Totally fraudulent message.
60 mph was around Rotherham again for no reason and if smog is the excuse then why is the M18 National Speed limit when it's right next to it?? Stupid.
Then exactly where I got done on my birthday just before Trowell services they don't have the variable speed limits on at all and that camera not used.
Then.. When I'm on the A43 past Silverstone.. Going towards the M40 junction.. A Highways car with lights flashing is pulled up off the side of road and guy in high vis walks out looking as if he picked something up.. Then quickly goes back beside the road by his vehicle.. And I see a load strap with metal hook perfectly laid out like some police stinger or something.. And I drive over it.. I'm Shure he put it there.. Unless he straightened it out? I think he should have waited until nobody was coming at all.
Then when I get to Bicester not far away there us a mini and a black wallasey style pick up left on a roundabout that has no exit completion on one side where lorry sometimes park.
I'm certain there is some jokers at work here.
Plus in newspapers there is a new Northamptonshire police chief. 🤔
