The Speed Awareness Courses are designed & set-up by collaborating Magistrates & Police Chiefs who actually plan & Place the speed entrapment sites.
I have been on more than my fair share of speed awareness courses and a driver alertness course as well.
Recently I had opportunity to attend again and i made a little recording, which ive already posted, but i thought i would make a thread on it.
I did not manage to record the whole course (4hours) as my phone kept turning off at 44min.44sec for some reason, so i only got 2 portions of the session..
But i found out some new information that is very important...
That the magistrates design the courses.
And those courses contain images & pictures that contain tests of suggestive subconcious recognition. (In this test its 10 pens on a desk) that are impossible to count. when the images shows for a moment only.. but the number is actually shown (10) on the top ofthe screen. And i had picked it up subconsciously) I remember this test from a previous course!
And thats the exact same Psychology that is in use with the Wakefield Europort Sign that looks like a national speed limit sign, in your subconcious as you drive past on the Ossett bypasss. the road being originally constructed for national speed limit.
And the Road safety partnership are supposed to check the road, maintain it and the signs. And they enforce it.. And magistrates are on the Road safety partnership as well!
So actually.. the Magistrates are "Setting you up" to get mislead & caught.. and then hoping you try to contest them in court & bring them a bit of a challenge against their own handywork (and that of the chief officer) which only they have powers to decide over.. so its a win-win situation for them!
No wonder they have so much confidence!
Here a discussion i filmed talking about it yesterday and also as much of the course as i could record.
Thats the main part of what i wanted to update you with about it.. i will talk more about the course contents in general later when i have time to write up from my notes.
