I've just thought, short of slurring ...
That if you are doing a petition regarding newspapers you might be able to record private conversations between people without permission or a warrant who work at a newspaper if it is to show genuinely why Someone should sign an petition over an important matter!
Also I am starting to find more connections between the police press office and tabloids.

The Hunt for Red October? Disco 2000? Haircut 100? " The Search for Chief 2000" The Ossett bypass traffic regulation order took the council about a month to "appear" and send me. It is made out in 2000. And states that with consultation with the Chief of police the 50mph traffic regulation order for the A638 Ossett bypass is apparently placed. So.. not like the A65 Rawden Leeds that didnt have one then? unless they sketched one up and it took a month?

Legal loophole closed after fines for speeding at Rawdon are refunded - March 2005 Link> m.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/news/1990095.legal_loophole_closed_after_fines_for_speeding_at_rawdon_are_refunded/The reporter was Annette McIntyre. I would be interested to know who on the council found the traffic regulations order issue and how they managed to get the Bradford ticket office to refund the fines. The LTI Ultralyte I have was manufactured in 1999. The Ossett bypass was changed to 50mph in 2000 and this Rawdon traffic regulation order story was in 2005. I can't remember the date Mr.loophole Nick Freeman was on the Jeremy Vine Show. I think it was after I had been to college doing the arts and textile design when he was on, because that was when I was banned for the 2 years from driving, but a few years afterwards got the traffic light offence in Bolton, after still more points and speed awareness courses... I think 6 or 7 years ago. So 2010? 2007? I think it was before 2007. 2005/2004? Anyway... Check this out! A Philip Gwynne from Bradford.. has a .gov email address but also appears to have a marketing buisness as well.. Here he is on the pepipoo fightback forums, actually talking about the same things that I have mentioned as well... Like how can magistrates be on the Road safety partnership. Also many in agreement that the police talk a loada excuses and rubbish! forums.pepipoo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t2716.htmlDid this Philip Gwynne have a important role in the refunding of the Rawdon drivers? I know that road, its got fixed cameras, its by the big roundabout, recently had roadworks. There's a road called "Over lane" just off it. I used to deliver there. Hmmm. Ok. Let me just clarify. Gwynne appears to be idiot in this. But somehow, Someone on the council did fess up to the TRO order and did manage to persuade the Bradford safety camera partnership to refund the drivers. Thus getting the money back and having the penalty points removed is not such an limited appeal time restricted situation as one might be led to believe, regardless of what random defence solicitors say. I think that I'd,because the common route is defending and not to persue the council or police. I don't think it HAS to be a big Manchester lawyer. Technically if the local council can get the police to refund the money, then a solicitors should be able to easily once they get the Council to agree the road signage was incorrect. And as I have already got the Wakefield council to change the road signage some time after my case, then it is evident that it was in fact not correct at the time of the offence. Thus the speed limit was not enforceable. (add my new findings with the LTI Ultralyte to this regarding speed detection) and the entire case dissolves completely.

So, I've been talking to this local guy I know who is quite a bit older than me... And I asked if he knew who the Chief of Police was other than Norman Bettison.. And he said he knew but couldnt remember the name! But he said that after the police the Chief became what was known as the "Drug Zahr" of the United Kingdom. An official appointment carrying the title similar to the Russian spelling! And that he hung around with an Alan Amos? Or it was his driver? Unless there are 2 Alan Amos people, the only one I've found is an Mp, Mayor.. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_AmosObviously you will know more than me. But now I can search better for the information! Ok so this Alan Amos was against tobacco advertising but wanted criminals to be flogged and beaten?! Searching... Keith Hellawell! Omg! He is from Kirkburton, Huddersfield! Wow this guy has the queens medal, and links with CId, high ranking police in multiple forces, including Cleveland! The area where my mates dad was a police chief and that links to the mystery Bingo death and drugs as well?! Mischief. Oooo dear. He became Britain's youngest police sergeant, aged 23. Rising through the ranks, including working in CID,he was appointed Assistant Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police in 1983, then Deputy Chief Constable of Humberside Police in 1985. He received the Queen's Police Medal for Distinguished Service in 1990. He also completed an MSc in Social Policy from Cranfield University and an external degree in Law from the University of London. He later became Chief Constable of Cleveland police and in 1993 became Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police. He has strong views on terrorists, child murderers and police murderers: he believes they should face the death penalty[1] . He was New Labours Drug Advisor and suggested some recreational drugs are not that harmful! Yet he was pro death Penalty! It doesn't say when was Chief until, though! Was Chief in 2000, 7 years later?
