Traffic light - red light not illuminating at this junction.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened at my very first N.I.P. issued in Oldham when I was 17 years old.. at "Bottom 'o' th Moor where the post is positioned in front of the traffic lights.. I believe somebody rigged the red light not to be seen like this example I just filmed today

Yet some cannot. and there might be settings they have where they could make it so you can/or cant film the sign depending on what settings they use.

A49 Church Stretton enforcement site... roads to the side of A49 have fake 30mph change over speed limit to make drivers think the 10.5 meter wide main road is 40mph not 30mph, street lighting is missing where enforcement van awaits.. drivers are distracted when stopped at the traffic lights admiring the Bowling green and pavilion and forget about the earlier 30mph signs. drivers follow cars ahead upto 40mph easily mislead.

The signs are illegal and not prescribed. I have complained about them already a few years ago

I am pretty certain that Lights down a central reserve are a good example of highway lighting.

And the normal left, right, left lamps on a "street" are actually in fact for the true purpose of illuminating the pavement for pedestrians, not in fact for cars.

But as you will read they seem to do the classic trick of mixing it up a bit and trying to confuse us.. so... have a read, see what you think..

Ok so....

when it says..... "A SYSTEM OF STRET LIGHTING"

WHICH SYSTEM IS IT REFFERING TO?? !!

It does not say which system....

just that it can be " A SYSTEM" (so one of any that exist?! )

just as long as they are not more than 200 yards apart.

Now.. the above act says that there are different TYPES of lighting yes?!

Footway lighting AND Highway lights..

But it appears they can exchange ownership & responsibility for upkeep! Between Highways, Council & Lighting authority!

But the "footway lighting" it uses the terms ADJACENT.

So that is evidence we have a system of LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT... right? Ok.. and there needs to be one gap of at least 50yards?!

But as we know with the speeding fines.. the MAXIMUM is 200 yards spacing.. but there is NO SPECIFIC DISTANCES between!

Now... If its a motorway, we get those DOUBLE LIGHTS … T shaped ones down the middle. They are "HIGHWAY LIGHTS"

Also left side & right side.

But footway lighting is always as we read under a certain height. So we know where we are with some identification now as well...

SO...

This is where I am with this.. as of.. well this second now as I just thought it...

IF* THE SYSTEM OF STREET LAMPS IN THIS INSTANCE HERE WERE TO BE OF THE TYPE... "FOOTWAY".. then... THAT SYSTEM OF THAT TYPE HAS THE ADJACENT CONFIGURATION BECAUSE IT SAYS SO!!

So.. IF IT HAS THOSE LIGHTS & THEY ARE NOT ADJACENT.. THEN THEY ARE WRONG CONFIGURATION!! And each configuration must have at least 3 lamps!

But that means the TALLER HIGHWAY LIGHTS.. are a DIFFERENT SYSTEM. But those don't need to be ADJACENT.. they can be ONE SIDE or MIDLE or BOTH..

But if we get a mixture of 2 different systems.. ITS NOT THE SAME SYSTEM..

ITS 2 SYSTEMS!?

So... if either system is incomplete itself its not lawfull.. no matter if there is another system there because they might both be incomplete!

a good way to look at it... is the REPEATER SIGNS FOR THE SPEED LIMIT.

Only the "prescribed ones" had to be in place! they were what we need to measure. the "POLICE" repeaters are "ADDITIONAL" ones and don't count as part of the system.

Now for most of you, you will not care either way...

But technically speaking.... Its one of those cop-outs.. like..

"oh a letter arrived one day late" like the recent David Beckham story with Freeman & Co Ltd.

So.. I will need to check on this.. But my initial brief impression is that when we are suspicious about the lighting & instinctively think.. hmm something is not quite uniform here.. then this may be the answer!

OK...

So a very important question..

When they lower a speed limit, why don't they make the road narrower? To a lower average speed percentil?
As the road profile will remain as it was originally intended when it was constructed and is the main reason which leads to uncertainty or confusion about speed limits and expected speed limits.

The Government has conjured up "variable speed limits" for motorways as a final attempt to

1. cover up their perversion of the historic truth & fact about Road speed limit design. & original intent.

2. Try with their last breath & will to control us and extort money from us and bend the system to get themselves out of trouble.

3. Claim they can "just do what they want" and try to get away with it. "power & authority abuse" and claim THEY are "right and honourable" when they have perverted the course of the country.

They are literally punks and anarchists and the "sex pistols" songs & message is their main celebration of this. Anarchy in the UK.

And we will weigh it all up and ask how and why police chiefs have been changing speed limits

And how a variable one is supposed to work with higher natural percentiles.

I am wondering if the police have taken over the department of transport

I think with the "variable" speed limits we are seeing the government cross the line now by wanting to take absolute power and control over us.

Even when a flow is natural.

I think they would control gravity if they could and tax it. Control the velocity the planet turns.. To make gravity heavier and people walk slower or faster so they could control our walking or heavy gravity so we could not move.

They would most likely rig accidents with that as well as the other fake and deliberate incidents.

I think it's just like the Total Recall film where they are withholding oxygen and making them pay/suffer.

Winners and looser are chosen and created.
Help and hinderance.

Everything has a price and can be taxed.

If you are smiling too much, it will cost you.

Not oy do we need to buy food, but excessive and unhealthy foods are marketed to us and a "problem" and dis-ease and they have "the cure" as well. Slim fast, keep fit.. Yoga, it all costs more.

Rather than exercises collecting natural food for free grown by wind and rain and sun on public land. Isn't that the property of a true Right & Honorable land lord. Not porky pig Hanningfield and cream barronesses.
