Motorcycles are extremely dangerous.
Dangerous to the rider themselves more than anyone else.
I know a guy who was hit by a drunk driver and thrown over his handle bars through the air.. and was ok...
But this doesn't always happen.
Motorcycles have no seat belt..
And in a head to head collision with a car both at equal speed, both being innocent in action.. where there is no intent or error..
The motorcycle rider is at odds to be injured or killed.
This puts serious liability on the car user.
Therefore the motorcycle rider is volunteering to put himself at extra danger of death by the desire of a motorcycle.
Therefore I believe they should be required to sign a liability form for their own safety. And own voluntary responsibility.
I know a guy who is dead now... he died skydiving...
Taking risks.
He wanted to do it... skydiving.
I don't like motorbikes..
I wouldn't put myself at risk..
I wouldn't do bungee or skydiving.
People who want to do that enjoy the thrill of facing extreme danger and possible death.
They choose to risk..
There is much greater risk in those things..
Than many of the petty charges of alleged risk and danger the CPS and police prosecutions bring to insane judges..
Why think literally.. sneezing is dangerous..
It's a miracle every Walker in London isn't charged with dangerous walking...
The Magistrates courts are literally insane and cannot be given any respect of right thinking ...
It needs to stop.
I think the best thing we can do with magistrates courts is hold boxing matches and WWF wrestling federation events in magistrates courts.
And have them set up a bar at formula 1 racing events and rally car races...
Then... when they start giving danger and risk verdicts we can take them seriously..
We could have pop up Judges in London... on the streets... as judge and witness to every day events..
I think this would make good TV.
