I am sorry, but I don't think they are appointing the right people in very serious and important complaints positions, In London at the Royal Courts of Justice
I don't think these people understand general concepts and principles..
Its fine having a law degree and qualifications, practising general law and remembering the acts and legislation & court procedures standard ones..
But for example.. When you get a solicitor attending police stations.. Often they are foreign solicitors...
They do not understand the concepts and wider application of the law & principles and basis..
I don't think they are adequate in a lot of circumstances..
I have to say this because I believe that we are being hindered and there is some strategy behind this to actually obstruct our rights & fair Justice.
I am sorry to say it, but I am not satisfied with the people currently being provided in these positions..
Hameera Chaudhry-Khan & Olukemi Obafemi1 are just an example of people.. and I would be interested in meeting both these investigators to make enquiries into their legal knowledge of fundamental understanding & application of not only principle of law, but life in general.. situational
I keep thinking of the Wild Bill programme and the Daughter of the American Chief police officer.. because she looks exactly like one of the magistrates from the Manchester Salford trial I attended a couple of years ago now, in relation to this case.. and I don't think they have the understanding... Although the legal advisor at the time I believe did have the capacity...
The trial was adjourned anyway..
I sort of feel like we are being obstructed from Justice in a way because of certain limitations. and its a way for people.. certain Ministers & Prince Charles, Prince Andrew to control the country. And restrict peoples rights.
