Ok, so.. I DID get my endorsement changed.. (varied) from SP10 to SP20.. but not removed.. Ok partial success..
Well.. I now found out it cannot be varied/changed.. any errors & its VOID.. particularly in relation to the registration of vehicle (which includes registered type/class/plated weight.
Also they have been lying through their teeth (or stupid) claiming they cannot act or do anything.. Also it doesn't matter if you were given a fixed penalty or convicted by a court.. pretty certain an endorsement is to be treated the same once on.. including if there is an error...
So doesn't matter if a Lawyer & district Judge did the (error) or the Chief officer (police prosecutor) same situation... Its wrong.. must* be void & removed (see Fixed Penalty Clerk)
Secretary of state = DVLA Chief police officer = Prosecutor Court Clerk under direction or & obligated to report ALL to Secretary of state Secretary of state (DVLA) under obligation to inform Police Chief (prosecutor) and Court Clerk of the law & MUST give guidance.
Published driving licence = Valid evidence.
And Civil dispute = overriding priority over criminal appeal. If you complained within 21 days also a bonus.... As it renders endorsement invalid (void) no matter if police Chief or Court judge applied it.
Hope this helps
