I ASK THE HOUSE OF LORDS. AT WHAT DATE PRIOR TO 2014 DID YOU LOWER THE SPEED LIMIT ON DUAL AND SINGLE CARRIAGEWAY ROADS? YOU CLAIM THE SPEED LIMIT WAS OUTDATED IN 2014 YET PRIOR TO 2014 IT WAS THE SAME YET YOU REDUCED IT BEFORE RAISING IT BACK UP IN 2014hansard.parliament.uk/Lords/2015-01-22/debates/15012267000251/MotorVehicles(VariationOfSpeedLimits)(EnglandAndWales)Regulations2014ON LIVE RADIO PRIOR TO 2014 YOU ANNOUNCED THAT THE SPEED LIMIT FOR HGVs WAS TO BE RAISED BACK UP AGAIN. AFTER PREVIOUSLY NOT TOO LONG BEFORE THAT BEING LOWERED TO 40MPH ON SINGLE CARRIAGEWAY ROADS WHICH WAS RIDDICULOUS. WILL YOU REVEAL TO US THE DATE YOU LOWERED THE SPEED LIMITS FOR HGV SIRs

There are so many individual instances of them Lowering speed limits to 40mph on single carriageway roads , I do not know if they even used one single statutory instrument to originaly lower them all.. in the schedule 6 table.... www.legislation.gov.uk/all?title=variation%20speed%20It could be that they just made an order to put all the speed limits back up in 2014 when they never really put all of them down in one order? just individually?

Then look what they are trying to say here.... contradicting the above.. www.bentcop.biz/TWAT_free-flow-vehicle-speeds-great-britain-2015.pdfHere in this official department of transport published document, he is trying to say that a rigid 7.5 tonne lorry is a HGV & separate from a Light van/light commercial. If its separate & different.. how can the previous 1986 act amendment indicate a change in speed limit ONLY to "CERTAIN LIGHT VANS" it cannot be changed separately without effecting the 7.5 tonne lorry which they are trying to say here below is HGV. And certainly heavy motor car class as well. there is somebody really dicking around with all this.. And after my experience in court with District Judge DJ Watson & co. (Gordon Quean & Michael Pagella) I have a good idea who it is.... MAX & the Lost Boys...

Later in 1988 a new road traffic act was brought in. www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/contentsAnd then, modified in 1996 this was inserted www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/section/141A even though the DVLC driving licence prior to that, in 1990-1993 had said that a vehicle under 3.5 tonnes is not a goods vehicle. to absolutely confirm the motor car class did include vehicles up to maximum gross weight of 3.5 tonnes. but was excluded in 1999. but in the military vehicles act presumably to accommodate for heavier armoured vehicles which are a motor car? Do you think this is really a war of ministers? who say one thing in the House of Lords but then go and enact something else? Possibly its just like DJ Watson vs DJ Fudge at Leicester magistrates court. One favoured by Bill of Right protection while other claimed it was "delusional". How can we have consistent laws and Justice if Judges are not consistent at all.. but some are pompous idiots? Like the Scarlett pimpernel? or at least if some are worse than others?
