just adding some details, i will make the full post soon..
So this is the differance between, in LAW a vehicle that IS still in the same class as a CAR and one that is NOT still in the same class as a car.
The RED van is NOT a car. as its unlaiden weight is OVER 3.05 tonnes. The BLUE van IS a car as it weighs well under 2.8 tonnes unlaiden weight even though they are both under 12 meters long. So it doesnt matter how many seats the red van has in it because its well over the weight cut off point regardless of seats.
So, as you can see spoke to the Highways Agency the other day and then sent a response to them for further evaluation.
I was contacted also by phone by West Yorkshire police and i requested a meeting in person with Headquarters (legal services or professional standards) and they said they would fix me up a meeting with superintendent at Huddersfield, which i didnt ask for, but still waiting for a reply/time/date..
I tried to request an important meeting with Christine Gardner of Northallerton magistrates court also over a hearing in March 2018, but so far they have not complied with my request so i have been issued with a summons which i claim is not possible..
Anyway i will need to go into North Yorkshire police HQ again and speak to legal services in person...
But i have also requested to speak on the phone or in person with the Department of transport so i can get some things straight that the Highways Agency could not comment on.
Basically the main thing is to get this North Yorkshire police case withdrawn... and then chase up other matters afterwards.

Lincolnshire Police Van questions and contradictory signage, plus two calls to Highways agency about A1 trampoline, and Elkesley signage
The Police place contradictory road signage to the Highways department signage, which is incorrect and contradictory, also an obstruction.
Highways Agency and Local Council Highways both use and work with and can quote legislation and you can complain about it in relation to road signage and vehicle classes and types being used on and having access to roads.
Elkesley A1 Contradicting signage for 2 different speed limits

I am waiting to get an appointment/meeting to go in and speak to the Police and Department of Transport over the specifications and classifications of the Below vehicles.
If they are anything like the speed awareness course instructors, they will not be very informed. And if they are anything like some of the other so called professionals attitude, its going to be very testing discussion.
I will need them to indicate the exact law to back up what they are claiming, and have been told.
It appears most of their information comes from very flimsy, loose and general terminology of Camper vans, windows and goods vehicle terms which i am going to require they point out in the law...
Because the legislation i have, which support my view, is not government advice or general information, which i have found is misleading and in many places incorrect.
The vehicles are classed by:
Number of seats Weight Length load and passenger carrying capabilities If towing or pulling a trailer. insurance policy declared uses
There is nothing what so ever that seperates a vehicles speed limit catergory in relation to:
What you are using it for. shape or style of the vehicle who it is owned by any windows or camping use private or buisness. if you are only using it for a load carrying or only passenger carrying.
Or else many peoples insurance would be void, if the police were correct in their interpretations they are trying to defend.
Anyway.. so far i cannot get access to the right people.. but we will see.
