I am guessing this is the picture on the back of the device that Paul Garratt was making referance to? With a screen on it? i hope not the same device that is the one giving errors all the time used by North Yorkshire police?!
(L-R) Mike Ricketts, Paul Noon OBE, Menna Rawlings and Paul Garratt (who i met, not Frank)
So Ricketts is the "Pat Mcloughlin" of tele-traffic. This Paul Noon guy looks like the brains, or some kind of Road safety support - type character. & the Garratt brothers are the muscle or the operation, the wheeler & dealers.
Paul Garratt, who i met was actually ok, he reminds me of Rolo Maughfling because of his accent, though milder it is kind of similar.... wiltshire/oxford-ish accent but he looks like Pink Floyd & also like a lorry driver who comes to us from Essex in a black lorry delivering German electronic imported parts! lol. also in the image pictured here at the event, Paul Garratt looks a little fatter than real life, wider. it must be the camera lens used for this photograph.
I wonder what the Australian high commissioner thinks to illegal and incorrect school signs?
Uk trade investment - Its all about money and gaming as well obviously. Gaming with childrens lives by the trade & supply of illegal road signs across the UK upheld and supported by the police chiefs. and motorway legend signs that cannot be seen correctly & more lanes for more speed cameras, removing the safe hard shoulder.
Wakefield Home Of West Yorkshire police headquarters, Police Chief, Professional Standards - The Probation service for Yorkshire & Thornes Park - Marks Burns Williams, or Williams Burns Police and Crime Commissioner.
Saturday - A visit to Traffic safety systems again & it looks like he has collected my mail. Then I go to Bristol, Portishead to have a look at Crown International UK and then across to London to check out Truvelo UK. Very questionable set-ups and the fact the registed office for Portishead Cron is at the dodgy place in Nottingham very unusual.
This was the original upload code for the above video with BO8 at the end, like "BOB" but it got changed/lost somehow while i was trying to uplooad it.
The youtube video upload is playing up now & keeps doing an error when i try upload a video until i re-try. A bit like the rigged toy grab machines. Someone is doing it to my computer to represent the government "messing with things" to try control us/stop us doing things. I am not certain if this will stop. It is always changing. one minute its the BBC iplayer that will not work, then something else. i dont know it its a stupid game or what but i am getting sick & tired of it all now, with all this police prosecution buisness on the top of it. When will it all end & them leave me alone?
Ok, so here is a quick re-cap.. on the 13th of August 2015 at Castleford, West Yorkshire. I encounter a Speed camera technician in an unmarked small white van with a yellow stripe on it working on a brand new truvelo fixed speed camera.
It is exactly across the road from the "Tool station".
He has a foreign european accent. The microphone on my phone mysteriously is not recording our conversation and my questions about the cleaning & maintenance responsibilities of the camera.
The UK registration number of the vehicle is FV13 DFZ strangely it is the 13th August!
Obviously it was early on into my speed camera investigations and i was more interested in the maintenance cleaning as Alan White had not been cleaning the cameras or taking care of them and the police were after ME for Criminal damages.
So at the time i had no questions regarding the white measurement lines for speed verification specific to the Truvelo cameras & to compare to Gatsometer and Traffipax! also the video did not even record my questions!
But now i have been to the supposed UK address of Truvelo UK & other companies it is more hidden mystery of who is involved as it is looking like a big cover up operation.
This numer plate FV13 DFZ is a good lead, though.
Unless the Traffipax camera - Traffic Safety systems guys text me as i requested to answer my simple questions about the measurement markings & inductive loops set ups.
According to Kirklees council traffic light management staff member.. "the Council" do not have anything to do with the speed camera planning, set up, installation or enforcement in West Yorkshire. So West Yorkshire police & Tyson would be directly responsible for that.
A report published today on South Yorkshire Police concludes it is a force 'lacking in direction' which has made a 'disturbing' move away from effective neighbourhood policing.
It also says that decision making has been isolated, staff have not been listened to and action has not always been taken on agreed plans. Financial and operational planning have not been linked and there has been an underinvestment in key areas.
Interim Chief Constable, Dave Jones and Police and Crime Commissioner, Dr Alan Billings, asked the College of Policing to assess the force’s operational and organisational capability and capacity in May.
It followed the suspension of former Chief Constable, David Crompton, over his handling of the inquests into the deaths of 96 football fans in the Hillsborough disaster in Sheffield in 1989
The team, which was led by Deputy Chief Constable Andy Rhodes from Lancashire Police, carried out extensive research to identify what South Yorkshire Police do well and where there are gaps.
The report has been described as an "uncomfortable read" by Chief Constable Jones.
Interim Chief Constable Dave Jones Credit: South Yorkshire Police
The report holds a mirror up to the organisation and reflects the views of the police officers and staff who try so hard to provide the best possible service to the communities in South Yorkshire. I pay tribute to those officers and staff who continue to ‘go the extra mile’ for the public.
The report is an uncomfortable read, but an important one if we are to return this service back to the heart of our communities. One where South Yorkshire Police is back as part of the very fabric of neighbourhoods. The report will be shared with the incoming Chief Constable and will undoubtedly become his priority in the months and years ahead.”
– Interim Chief Constable Dave Jones
There is also a recognition that South Yorkshire Police has many dedicated, high quality people who are doing an excellent job and displaying high levels of public service motivation.
But it is clear that there has been a lack of direction which has led to a situation where decisions have been made in isolation, rather than collectively, often based on financial targets instead of a clear understanding of demand and sense of purpose.
The findings provide a picture for the incoming Chief Constable of the strengths and weaknesses within the organisation with recommendations to allow him to hit the ground running when he joins the force in the coming months.
– Dr Alan Billings, South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
The peer review, which was commissioned and endorsed by the Police and Crime Commissioner and interim Chief Constable, demonstrates that although South Yorkshire Police is facing significant challenges, the force’s leadership is committed to improvement and to regaining the trust and confidence of the public.
It is right that the solutions will be locally led, supported by expertise from across the policing community and, in particular, the College of Policing – which is already helping the force understand and overcome the problems it faces.
The PCC for South Yorkshire and the new Chief Constable will have a key role to play in addressing the historic failings of the force, but this review is a positive signal of the way forward. It is for them to ensure swift progress is made in taking forward the review’s recommendations.
