The Church Stretton Junction Where I saw the Speed camera van the other week IS most certainly incorrectly signed. Incorrect sign configuration! After you come into a 30mph area for a while, then turn LEFT, they have the Terminal signs for 30mph AGAIN! that is in addition to the other incorrect signs I surveyed the other week & reported! And I havent Heard from the Ticket office either. The 500mm signs can only be used as part of a BOX sign, NOT alone as a disk. and 450mm signs are NOT used as Terminals in the Traffic signs Manual. Though 20mph areas seem to be a "mystery" authorization area. You DO need 2 terminal signs, though. that is certain.

How can a Dual Carriageway Bypass be 50mph like this road with houses? They conveniemtly say you cannot challenge the speed limit in LAW. Yet the Authorities & council are charged with providing consistent speed limits across the areas. If evidence shows they are not consistent then the people who set them cam be challenged, rather than the road itself. The Ossett bypass, Haslingden bypass & A1 50mph sections cannot be consistent, even with THOSE roads other sections!

I challenged Steve Finnegan, Lancashire Police Chief over the Blue 30mph Repeater signs. But I have not yet noticed this colour version of it in the new 2016 TSRGD. So if those Colours are not authorized in the NEW 2016 manual, then they most likely will not have been. I also find the book filled with contradictions. Why WOULD a book even mention "nothing in this book can go against the other manual" as if the person who "wrote it" is aware there are conflicting & contradictory content already in them. A "proper system" would not even need to say that. Just like a "Honest" and "truthful" government would not need to "protect itself" from being accountable for anything. And why would an honest government not want its ministers to be accountable for their errors? It REEKS of BENT and CORRUPT CROOKEDNESS.

Also on another subject... check this out.. there is an offence for a school crossing! so you must note here that i have found a LOT of childrens school crossing signs around the country faded off and even purposely made to be the wrong colour or unlawful condition! really dangerous and unsafe!

A690 West Rainton. Near Durham. incorrect 50mph signs 300mm instead of 450mm. There isa huge speed camera sign somewhere arounf this area, ive parked by it.. im certain i have a photo somewhere.. its like the motorway size ones.. but for no real reason that size! i think its on a national speed limit section.. i wanted the image to compare size to the Easington one.. a lot bigger than Easington.. Something important to note, Is that the Wharfedale observer story, which i have referanced a lot in this petition site... m.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/news/1990095.legal_loophole_closed_after_fines_for_speeding_at_rawdon_are_refunded/Was published in January 2008. Where a high number of drivers recieved refunds from fines. I dont think its co-incidence that it was the same year that the traffic signs manual chapter 3, was published 2008. With all the sign size and configuration updates and specifications. That have not been complied with in relation to the legal requirements for enforcement. I did read or hear somewhere that the police and councils were given some type of warning or notion from the central government to clean up the act with the road signs. But it was ignored. Although.. As the government have since been expanding the wider road safety partnerships.. They cannot have been that concerned about the authenticity of the enforcement that has been allowed to continue to grow, since 2008. And now the Department of transport are claiming to relax regulations.. De clutter signs.. Yet add more clutter to motorways and allow distracting advertising media. The Government is a conflict of interest within its self. Suffered by drivers. Because it cannot clearly define where its priorities are aligned. Revenue. Road safety. Buisness. Expedience or Just vocational leisure of venture for purpose of boredom with simple travel. It seems silly to even involve the Ministry of justice and police in travel and transport. When even spread road tax would spare peoples criminality that would otherwise be simple road safety innovation. Without force. But through correct design. Rather than over development and misguidance.
